Such a shame to leave a bad review among so many positive ones, but unfortunately I was completely let down by Abbott Lyon, Ordered a fingerprint necklace for my mum as her dad was critically ill. Started off ok they sent me my ink kit. I managed to get a brilliant fingerprint off of my sadly dying grandad. And it was perfect. Sent it to them and got told that the process had begun. Waited 4-5 weeks losing my grandad in the process. I was so excited to give this gift to my mother after her tragic loss. But when the jewellery came it was very poor the fingerprint hadn’t taken at all. Supposed to be quality controlled. So I complained to Abbott Lyon. After back and forth they told me a week later that the perfect fingerprint I sent wasn’t good enough. And sent me out another ink kit even tho I explained the loss of my family member. Completely let me down and I would not recommend them to anybody. I expected better from such a reputable company.

Terrible and shocking customer care and service. Was sent an email a day before my delivery date saying there’s a hold up and then sent another email saying my item was out for delivery to which evri emailed me saying my item as damaged beyond repair and I needed to contact you. It was a total lie as there was no photo evidence and just so by coincidence you emailed me saying it was going to be delayed so I don’t know what’s taking soo long or why you even lied about it being damaged! I’ll never purchase from you again neither will I recommend your terrible services

My beautiful bracelet arrived and I put it on Valentine’s Day I put it on and later in the day it was on my car floor , the clasp was super flimsy and yesterday I went to the doctors and came back and it was gone , I can’t believe the fragile clasp very sad !

Loose Bangor clasp. Communication to get this sorted out was very hard. Given a credit note in the end , but not allowed to use it on any of the other offers that they had at the time.

I made an order on February 1st and it has not been delivered. As of yesterday, it still said “Ready to be Shipped,” and today it said to write a review. Once it reaches me, I’ll be more than happy to write a review.

Ordered a personalised bracelet for my daughters 18th birthday and after waiting nearly a month it arrived incorrect even though it went through 2 quality checks apparently. Spoke to "customer service" who at first didn't even apologise, I got a refund and asked for my expidited delivery refunded which they didn't do until I asked again for it the next day. Won't shop with them again. Even the way they handled the mistake was disappointing, it's now to late to get a replacement in time for my daughters birthday! The packaging was disappointing aswell. Bracelet came in a small envelope!

My partner gave me a ring as a gift and the stone fell out second day I wore it. The quality was very poor and nothing like they say their products are on their website. But we did ask Abbott Lyon for a replacement but was sent the wrong item. Not once, not twice but THREE times. The third one was sent after Abbott Lyon admitted there was a warehouse issue. Despite contacting them multiple times they still haven’t got it right. To be honest I don’t think they ever will get this sorted, it’s been over a month now.

No issues with product just the delivery and customer service afterwards, did not arrive in time for sons birthday and no support or care from Abbott Lyon. Will not use them again whilst they continue to partner with Evri.

Ordered a necklace 2 weeks ago on a 3 week delivery . Got email today saying delivery is 12th March . The website has changed delivery to 5 weeks which makes my order 7 weeks . To make matters worse if I order the same necklace today I will get it by valentines. I won't buy again and definitely won't recommend to any one else

I was disappointed with the packaging this arrived in, not presentation style just a loose chain in a piece of tissue paper in and envelope. Not what i expected and made the gift look cheap. I was sent a free cardboard presentation box but still had to just put the loose chain in the box, nothing to present them nicely as a gift, which makde it look no where near worth the money. The chain with the name on it was on a card inside an envelope in a box, edbut you just expect them to be presented as most other jewellery is in a nice box with the chains displayed to look like they cost nearly £100! I could have bought designer jewellery for the same proce in a lobely box! I wish I had, but it arrived within days of the receipietns birthday and I just didn't have time to do anything about it. Am devastated I gave what I feel was a sub stabdard gift. I will not repurchase from here or recommend to anyone

Hi, I am complaining about some scammers, I was scammed $230,000 which is my life future saving that i invested it to this company, I was told to mail their support because I have a pending withdrawal which I did , along the line there Freeze my account and there didn't offer me the help which I ask for after sending them all there want and then I was so worried and depressed, I couldn't bear it with myself anymore because I don't want to die of inner pain, so I decided to share it online, and that was how I came across a company which is called recovery investment lost funds, so I decide to take a try to see if there can help me, by then I feel so worried again because of the intrusion there gave no me, because I never wanted to fall into any activities that has to do with scam, so I said let me give it a try and I do what there requested, and everything goes well for me, All thanks to Mrs. Morris Meihua. for helping me recover all the money that I invested and I was so courageous and happy. Worst customer service. Terrible wait time. Horrible. Communication that’s non existent. They don’t care about you as a customer. They just want your money and want you to shut up. They will say one thing and then go back on it. I’ve never even received my product and they are refusing a refund. DO NOT PURCHASE. I gave plenty opportunities for them to make it right to me and they refuse. I’ve lost almost $100 with this company. I will be filing a report
