“I have found Abbott Lyon after sales customer service to be excellent. I recently purchased some jewellery for my wife's special birthday. Unfortunately it didn't arrive, and I was getting nowhere with the courier so I contacted CS to ask for there assistance. They immediately got onto my query, and when they found that it had been lost, they quickly rectified the situation and sent me out replacement items. This was over a weekend so I wasn't hopeful about getting the products until well into the next week but by Monday the items were delivered!. Super impressed, and so was my wife so thank you.”
