“Really disappointing. Have always used Abbott Lyon and love their jewellery but their customer service is horrendous. Ordered a bracelet for a 50th birthday and it said estimated arrival June. On my email is now says July. Have to wait 8 weeks for the item to arrive when I ordered end of May but if I order the same bracelet now it would only take 3 weeks. When asking them why it was due to ‘behind the scene work they were doing to improve the faults in system’. If you are looking for something special as a gift don’t order from here.”

“Unfortunately my item did not arrive due to a problem with the courier (Evri). A stressful week trying to trace a parcel with minimal updates. My item was bespoke and I waited 3 months for it so this was very disappointing. Abbott Lyon were very quick in arranging a full refund once it was established the parcel was lost but I do suggest they use a more reliable courier. Evri are awful”

“I ordered a necklace from Abbott Lyon and was told there were unforeseen issues with the delivery and that courier had trouble delivering to my address. I then reordered the necklace to a new address and waited 2 months for the delivery. I had to get in touch to then confirm that the item was apparently damaged in transit and would need to wait another 6 weeks for a new one to be delivered. They apparently have no evidence from the courier that it was damaged and all they offered was a refund. I have never had such a negative experience with an online jewellery brand and would not recommend ordering with them as the service was so terrible!”

“Jewellery is nice enough but the service wasn’t great. Especially the ‘sincere’ after sales email I got apparently from the owner personally, that I replied to and got no response. I’m not too bothered bu this but don’t keep sending me messages about how important my custom is and how valued I am as a customer if you don’t want to deal with the bad as well as the good. Problems occur, mistakes happen and I can appreciate that, but it’s how you deal with them that makes all the difference.”
