“The instructions are very poor, numerous errors in text and images, poor and incomplete description and images, makes DIY installation a total nightmare.”

“Not easy to pull together tightly with the screws supplied as going into plastic. Supplied with x2 glass with marks. One on the inside of the unit. Unable to replace.”

“We ordered a standard size and arrived i three days. Everything was there and fitted perfectly. By no.means a professional but other than having to work out which way round the top plate went had no issues.”

“We’re so happy with our new front door! It’s made such a difference to the front of the house and we absolutely love it. Scott was brilliant from start to finish and made everything really straightforward for us. Danny fitted the door and was helpful, friendly and professional — he did a fantastic job! “Always skeptical when ordering expensive items online. When it arrived I was impressed by the packaging and the way everything was protected. The door quality and finish is top notch and I would recommend buying the installation pack to make life easier!”

“I ordered triple glazed supreme bi-folds. The installer said they're the best he's fitted and couldn't believe the ease of use considering the weight of glass. The ordering process is easy, the delivery couldn't have gone smoother, altogether a very pleasant experience.”

“Within two weeks of installation, the finish of our doors has gone pale and come off in many places. I contacted customer service, and after sometime waiting (1-2 months), eventually heard back that they would offer replacement doors but would provide no contribution towards the cost of labour in replacing them. I understand that this is policy, but given the manufacturing fault became obvious immediately after installation, we’re left in a position where we’ll need to pay out of our own pocket for an error that Vufold made in the manufacturing process. I’d not recommend Vufold, in part due to the poor quality of their product, as well as their response to our request, which took far too long and wasn’t satisfactory.”

Hi George, Thank you for taking the time to leave your feedback. We're sorry to hear that you're disappointed with your experience. We would, however, like to clarify a few points. In your original email to us, you advised that the doors were delivered in August 2025 and were installed shortly afterwards. The concerns regarding the finish were then first reported to us around six months later, rather than within two weeks of installation as stated in your review. We acknowledge that our initial response took longer than expected while we carried out a full investigation with our factory. Due to the unusual nature of the issue and the time that had elapsed since installation, it was important that we fully established the cause before reaching a conclusion. That said, we do accept that we could have kept you updated more regularly throughout the investigation, and we sincerely apologise for this. As soon as the investigation was complete, we remained in regular communication with you and offered to supply two replacement doors. Whilst our warranty covers the replacement product, it does not extend to installation costs. We're sorry that we couldn't reach the outcome you were hoping for, but we remain committed to supporting our customers and ensuring any genuine manufacturing issues are investigated thoroughly and resolved as fairly as possible.
