Goods look good, but not fitted as yet. Delivery was good, and goods looked in order. I've tried to check everthing I need is correct, but you do feel a bit pressured to unpackage everything within 72hours. I realise some people try it on, but paying this kind of money there needs to be a belief in the consumer if problems arise. Hopefully mine will all be okay.

Vufold website easy to navigate in order to find your required product and complete your order. Delivery of stock items is good with excellent communication from the courier. I have had a self intsalled two door Inspire unit in my home for two years now and have purchased a three door unit for my new extention. Well made, quality products.

We were impressed with the web site which we found informative .and decided to visit the showroom to view the doors, it was not a wasted journey,the sales team covered all aspects of the product, we purchased the Inspire oak internal bi-fold doors,the installation was very straightforward and was completed in a day,James in aftercrare was excellent ,replacing a faulty item which was dispached very quickly..........

A good selection of front doors to choose from, and during their sale at least, competitively priced. Ordering was easy, but communication about a delivery date was poor until very close to the delivery. This meant I was unable to provide an installation date for my builder, and now have to store my new front door until he is available. I have no idea about the quality of the product supplied as it sits wrapped up in my garage for the moment

Sadly the delivery was made at 7.30 and my wife was in the shower Your text said 8.00 am delivery The door was delivered to my house when I asked for it to be delivered to my garage on the road So I had to carry it back up the steps to the garage So product Ok Delivery was a shambles

Upon reviewing our records, we noted there was a discussion about delivering to your garage. However, we were not aware that the garage was separate from your property and up some steps on the road. This detail was unfortunately not communicated to our delivery company, and we apologize for this oversight. Our delivery company strives to be as accurate as possible regarding delivery times, which are largely based on traffic and the speed of previous deliveries. As one of the first deliveries of the day, they arrived earlier than anticipated. The delivery drivers are instructed to check if any changes to the pre-agreed delivery time are convenient, and if not, they should have waited until the agreed time. We are sorry if this did not happen in this instance and we will address this with our delivery company. We appreciate your understanding and are pleased to hear you are happy with the product. Awful doors, very disappointed. Instructions are not good. Needs more detail and real photos. Design drawings are not fit for purpose. I can't believe that I have paid nearly £1000 and I have to drill through the treated side of frame. And I cannot absolutely believe that I have to cut out the corner of the door to make it fit. Absolutely disgusting. I'll be calling you tomorrow to complain.

Dear Stephen, Thank you for your feedback. We apologize for any disappointment and that the product did not meet your expectations. If you can provide more clarity on the design drawings issue you refer to, that would be very much appreciated? To address your concerns, the frame is made of hardwood and is designed to be drilled on-site. It cannot be pre-drilled because the wall fixing locations will vary depending on the cavity or stud location. We provide all the necessary drill bits and cover caps as part of our free installation fixing kit for this purpose. The two-door configuration you purchased is reversible for left or right opening, which can be decided right up until the point of installation. Therefore, we cannot pre-cut the bottom pivot area on the door. However, we do provide a template to mark and cut this area accurately. Our assembly instructions detailing the installaiton process are available for download before making a purchase. We will review these instructions to see if we can make any improvements based on your feedback. We are extremely disappointed to hear the product described as 'awful' and ‘disgusting,’ especially as the Inspire doors are one of our best selling internal doors, and we have many happy customers who rate the product 5 out of 5 stars. Our customer gallery section also showcases many happy customers who have chosen to share images of their beautifully fitted doors. This further supports the positive experiences that many of our customers have had with our Inspire doors. Amazing service and a quality product. Prior to ordering we contacted Vufold twice with questions about the internal bifold doors we were wanting to order. The staff were very helpful and knowledgeable about the product. After ordering, the communication about delivery was first class, with regular updates by email. The doors were delivered on time, and the third party delivery company were very good. Following installation we needed to contact Customer Support as we had four small screws missing (this didn’t affect the installation). The screws were delivered the next day by Royal Mail First Class Tracked. The quality of the doors exceeded our expectations. They look and operate great! Overall, 10 out of 10 for product and service, and I can highly recommend!

Hi David, We are sorry that your disappointment in how we handled your order has led to you leaving a 1-star review. To add clarity to the situation, you placed your order on Friday 28th June and a link was sent to you so you could process your payment. From receipt of your payment, this was based on a three working day delivery, meaning delivery to you would have been on or before Wednesday 3rd July. The issue here is that you did not make payment until Monday 1st July, meaning delivery to you would then be on or before Thursday 4th July. Once payment was received, we dispatched your order to our delivery company who contacted you to offer a delivery date of Thursday 4th July. It was at this point you rejected the delivery, and you requested delivery to be completed a day earlier. As our delivery company could not commit to this, you were advised to contact Vufold to discuss this further. Following a conversation with our order processing team and us explaining our delivery process, you stated you wanted to cancel the order and you terminated the phone call. We tried to make contact with you an hour later to explain the cancellation process, however you again stated that unless delivery can be made a day earlier, you wanted to cancel the order, and again you terminated the call before we could explain the required cancellation process / terms. As we didn’t hear anything further from you, we emailed you the same day to confirm we will cancel your order, and your refund was processed also on the same day. If you have not received the funds back into your account, we suggest you contact your bank as we can see from our payment system that the funds were returned to you. It's not often we disagree with our customers; however, we do refute the claims made in your review as the issue has been caused through no fault of Vufold. We offered a delivery date within our agreed time frame, and we cancelled your order and refunded it to you on the same day you requested for us to do so. We did everything we could to assist you.
