“Found this site through googling bifold doors. As we were struggling to get a carpenter to fit doors for us we decided to do it ourselves! The instructions were clear and the information provided on the website was quite detailed therefore allowing us to buy doors and fit them ourselves. We did send measurements for a price for bespoke doors but didn't get a reply so went with off the shelf. Great sturdy doors with everything pre drilled and clearly marked. Once the frame is in and square the rest is easy. So pleased with them.”

“Poor is an understatement. Avoid this company! They have also threatened me with solicitors if I disclose the real reason for my poor review. Customer service is non existence. Save yourself some stress and avoid them. Their cheap prices isn’t worth the stress.”

“Great service from Josh in sales. Doors look good quality, delivered on time and everything included for the joiner to get going. Having them fitted next week so can’t say how they will be once up. Definitely recommend at this point”

“Haven't fitted the doors yet and don't want to unwrap them yet. Updated on order progress and arrived on time. Was told that delivery driver would have a .mate with him as the doors were treble glazed and very heavy. But he turned up on his own so I had to help him. Not sure what would have happened if I was at work and my wife was at home.”

“Internal Bifold Doors were good however we waited 8 weeks for delivery as they were being shipped in from Indonesia. A few days later after delivery the doors then had a £100 discount which I found quite annoying. After asking to be reimbursed the difference they said by I would have to return the doors, get a refund and then re purchase the same doors again. To me that’s a very cheeky response after spending close to a thousand pounds on doors.”

“As an engineer I appreciate quality and design and consider Vufold's Status range to offer exceptional quality, technical performance and value for money. Furthermore, their after-sales service was exceptional and on the two occasions I contacted them to query or check on a particular installation procedure, they replied promptly with a fully detailed answer and included video snips to clarify. The quality of product and communication from Vufold at all stages of the project would lead me to fully recomend Vufold to others as a quality company and I will certainly be purchasing other doors and windows from them.”

“From initial enquiry,through to delivery everything went smoothly. The 2 sets of status bifolds were delivered with no damage and on time even in a busy period for Vufold. We are extremely pleased with the quality of the product and they look fantastic now they have been installed. “Excellent product. This is a return visit to Vufold. Last year we purchased two 2.7m bare oak bifolds for the front of our house. I stained them dark outside and clear varnish inside (light). We were so happy with the product, its ease of assembly and fit, plus how it glides beautifully on the top rail. A huge positive change to our old Everest Patio doors, which is an unfair comparison as they were 40khrs old! Anyway, we were so pleased that we recently bought a 2.4m bifold for the rear of the house to replace some French doors I fitted 15yrs ago. Great product, great website, great delivery. We had the same guys deliver from bifold and they remembered the previous time :)”

“Dealing with Vufold was a pleasure. Josh who I dealt with answered all of my pre-sale questions with no problems. What was even more of a pleasure is the qualtiy of the bi-fold doors I purchased and have had fitted. I cannot answer what the after sales would be like as I didn't have any problems.”
