“Web site good and ordering straight forward. instructions could be clearer i.e. 'drill the red and blue dots' does not need the large dots as examples. People know what red and blue dots are. Also the 'Plug' for head did not fit as well as it should and was far too pale in colour. Apart from that a good well constructed product.”

“Finally got around to fitting my Vufold Finesse 2.1m Wide Internal Oak Bifolding Doors which I ordered on 24 February 2024. I know !, it's a long story, but they are finally up. I just wanted to write a review to let everyone know how good these Vufold Doors are. The Materials are very high quality and they look fabulous. I am often disappointed with the quality of items I purchase but not this time, everything about the doors suggests great quality, the doors slide back easily with hardly any effort, and fold back well so they don't take up much space when they are open but can be closed when we need some privacy or when we need to use the space for two different purposes. I am really pleased. They are not completely finished but just had to let you know just how good they are.”

“From order to delivery the customer service was excellent. I was kept informed all the time and delivery was exactly when Vufold said it would be. The communication from the young lady in the office was clear accurate and friendly. The product is, 2.4 wide sliding doors are excellent. They were have been fitted and I am beyond delighted. Great product and outstanding customer service.”

“Vufold it's self was fine but the delivery company was rubish as usual .They said they would ring 20mins before delivery but as usual they did not, only by chance my son was home feeling unwell and he rang me Vufold please use a better delivery company”

“From my intial enquiry to delivery of the bifold doors, the service has been excellent. Information on what ones to buy, getting the correct size and when they would be delivered, nothing was too much trouble. I was notified continually with updates. Once the bifold doors were ready for delivery, I recieved a phone call and arrangements were made. The guys that delivered them were extremely helpful and friendly. Would highly recommend Vufold.”

“Goods look good, but not fitted as yet. Delivery was good, and goods looked in order. I've tried to check everthing I need is correct, but you do feel a bit pressured to unpackage everything within 72hours. I realise some people try it on, but paying this kind of money there needs to be a belief in the consumer if problems arise. Hopefully mine will all be okay.”

“Vufold website easy to navigate in order to find your required product and complete your order. Delivery of stock items is good with excellent communication from the courier. I have had a self intsalled two door Inspire unit in my home for two years now and have purchased a three door unit for my new extention. Well made, quality products.”

“We were impressed with the web site which we found informative .and decided to visit the showroom to view the doors, it was not a wasted journey,the sales team covered all aspects of the product, we purchased the Inspire oak internal bi-fold doors,the installation was very straightforward and was completed in a day,James in aftercrare was excellent ,replacing a faulty item which was dispached very quickly..........”

“A good selection of front doors to choose from, and during their sale at least, competitively priced. Ordering was easy, but communication about a delivery date was poor until very close to the delivery. This meant I was unable to provide an installation date for my builder, and now have to store my new front door until he is available. I have no idea about the quality of the product supplied as it sits wrapped up in my garage for the moment”
