“Not that good first fuel tank no good next one went much higher in cost then next day went up in price the brought it only to wait two weeks waiting for delivery to be told they didn’t send it because was no good but wasn’t notified at all had to keep ringing to find out where the part was”

“Msg never sent a part. I offered them to collect they said no they don't accept collection. Then 10 days later they told me part missing in transit. Fake because they never even sent the part.
Waisted money and time .lost job's as my van is still not fixed. After 10 days I now have to wait 5 extra days for my refund... maybe first choice are OK but the people doing listing are scam. I would not recommend anyone buy from MSG Ltd..”

“1st choice is a great way of getting the parts need, but the confusion was for the same part and same ref (19709416) we got different pricing and when we tried to pay for the lower pice the system didn't work and the end paid paid £40 more to get the part. When we received the part there was invoice attachment to part from different supplier Less by £87.00 . We paid £327.60 and the invoice attached for £240.00. .. the part left outside the building without infom us about delivery date or sign for it.”
“AAH Automotive had the part that was needed, purchased it on the 24th of May, but have had no information on delivery or contact, I have bought from them before and had no problems, hope there are none with this, would just like some contact, which I need for my mechanic.”

“Your system was hacked and a guy pretending to be from NorthWestCar Spares sent a text with all the details for the part I wanted, and asked for payment over the phone which stupidly I gave as he had all the details of my car so assumed genuine.
He then took £700 out of my account and tried to take a further £900 out after I had frozen my card.
This guy can only have got the details through your site so maybe you need to review your security
The 2nd company I then contacted sent a secure link but after 4 days and much chasing I heard nothing
Eventually they told me the part they had was faulty so sourced another part which was wrong when it arrived
Finally I sourced the part myself but still need the refund for the wrong part and have to pay courier which I am not sure I will get refunded
Not the best service I have received”
