“First part was correct but broken when being removed from the car. To his credit the guy seemed honest and genuine.
Second reply the guy only wanted payment through Paypal friends and family so delivery and comeback as a buyer wasn't assured.
All other suggestions didn't even relate to the part required.#
Not impressed so far.”

Accessing the service was really easy - the site is easy to navigate and within 10 minutes of submitting my form, I received 3 quotes. I liked the way that the form is accessed via the car's registration so that you only get quotes for parts for your make and model which takes away a lot of guesswork and that there was a choice between contacting suppliers directly or via the website. I was also pleased that there was a check to see if I had found what I needed, to avoid more quotes being sent.
