“Hi bought a spare will for my Transit was told it had a good tyer on it and that would balance it to but when it arrived it had less then 2 mm tread and had not been balanced eather not eavan legal .so rang them and was asked to send some pics so i did and they said that they would send me anoughter one still not reseaved it this was over 2 weeks ago now have rang them 3 or 4 times now and every time i call they will sent you another 1 not happy coz i paid £45.”

“What an amazing service, I needed a replacement part to get my car through an MOT, I didn't want to spend too much as the car didn't warrant it. Having come across 1st Choice Spares, it enabled me to submit the item required and within minutes had multiple offers for parts. I purchased the replacement item which arrived next day. It meant the car was back on the road straight away and didn't break the bank. Gone are the days when you spent hours traepsing around breakers yards - much more efficient. I will certainly use you again.”
“AAH Automotive Solutions appear helpful and won't leave you alone until they've got your money, then they become very difficult to deal with and do not reply to texts or answer calls. I eventually received one of the parts I required, but the other didn't turn up (even though they had lead me to believe it would). They then said they would refund me for the part but never did, completely ignoring any attempt I made to contact them. Given they are very difficult to deal with, act deceptively and don't honor refunds, they don't even deserve 1 star - avoid this trader like the plague!”

“1st Choice found the space saver wheel I was looking for , it was dispatched immediately by suppliers , then lost by the courier in transit ,but on discovery of this the suppliers immediately dispatched a duplicate.
!st Choice and the suppliers were brilliant , but they were let down by the couriers but made the situation right with no hesitation.”
“The part I needed was not readily available through normal supply lines and entailed a lengthy wait of possibly months. The only option was to locate a used part in good condition. 1st Choice Spares obtained two quotes with 24 hours and I chose the first. The only reason I have not given 5 stars is the part was slightly more costly than the new version if it had been available and it took 7 days to arrive from date of purchase. It's now fitted and I'm back on the road.”
