“There is only one thing worse than second hand car dealers and that is second hand car parts dealers! I ordered a part on the 27th of Feb, I could only pay by PayPal so the payment was taken on the 3rd of March, when the 10th of March came around still no part I rang the company who said it would be delivered on the 11th, that was a lie! I get a email from DHL that it was due to be delivered on the 12th, IT WAS ONLY PICKED UP ON THE 11th when it turned up it was soaking wet like it had been only just been removed from the donor vehicle.”

“Ist Choice Spares found 2 companies that offered the part - A passanger seatbelt for a 20 year old motorhome based on a peugeot boxer. Both had the part but the first found the part was defective after further examination. The second - T and B motors sent me a perfect seatbelt which is now fitted. Unfortunately I had to pay for a second MOT as the 10 working days had run out since its earlier failure but in the big scheme of things thats a fairly minor point. I would certainly use 1st Choice Spares again and thank you.”
“Identifying the correct spare part was thorough. I did have to ask twice for a photo and confirmation that the tyre on the rim was legal and not punctured from the supplier. The photo wasn't in focas enough to properly show the 2 small bits of damage to the alloy wheel rim, which was disapointing. However it fits and works ok on the car and is only a spare.”
