There was no communication as to receipt of funds orvdespatch of item - when it arrived it was totally the wrong part just a common seat belt receiver whereas my car requires a special one with an electrical sensor to plug in to - so was completely useless - what a waste of time!”

A: Simply contact the supplying member direct to inform them your part is faulty. The member will usually ask you to return the faulty part and either dispatch a replacement or if they do not have one available, they will arrange for an immediate refund.

“1st choice spares were very prompt and impressive in finding a dealer that had the part I requested. I requested a front seat for my Suzuki van and was impressed how quick it came to Guernsey. I was disappointed however on opening the package as I expected a second hand seat consistent with the Suzuki models of that time and whilst I accepted that the dealer could not guarantee the colour I didn’t expect the seat to be a repair job. The part of the seat that you sit on had a leather section sewn in to the right side of the seat with the middle and left side of the seat in the original cloth which made it look so obvious that a repair had been done and unfortunately therefore looks rather odd/peculiar compared to the rest of the seat and the passenger seat beside it. Sadly this experience has put me off somewhat from ordering without seeing in future.”
