“I ordered a spare part for my car ( door handle) on Wednesday the 29th which I received on Monday 3rd.But only to find out that it was different and not suitable for the specified model .i immediately contacted 1st choice who said that they will send the right model straight away and I should expect to receive the part by Friday the latest having told them that time was of the essence since I will be leaving for Spain on early Tuesday morning .To date I am still waiting . If for any reason you are incapable of either furnishing or sending the part before my departure I would would rather you reimburse me in order to put an end to this issue .Thank you”

“Initial form to obtain part required is straight forward and easy to understand. With about 10 hours I had received about three quotes for the part which I needed for my Meriva. One company contacted me and they had part which I paid for and I awaited delivery BUT I was advised next day that the part was too rusted and they would not send it. Full refund given with no hassle. I got the part needed from another company which was very good and a very helpful seller. It therefore appears all breakers etc that use FIRST CHOICE are honest and parts are a good price. Noticed this before but did not do a view, Hope this helps you?”

“This is an excellent and affordable way to obtain parts for your car. I had been quoted £1200 by BMW for a Diesel Particulate Filter, I got one for less than £500. I found a reversing sensor for £30 rather than £85+VAT. So, just from a price perspective it's amazing. Then add the fact that you simply list what you need and the offers come rolling in. One single place for all your spare parts needs. Good service, easy to use. Only slight criticism is that if you do searches for parts for two vehicles at once, the responses are mixed in.
