“Gave part number for throttle body and they sent item quickly but was incorrect part. After discussing the error the correct part was located and sent after sending picture of incorrect part. This was fitted and all ok. Price was good for second hand part and overall pleased with outcome.”
“Good range of different suppliers and prices. Chosen supplier failed to log full address so delivery frustrated by a few days. Also would have liked email acknowledgement of order from supplier”
“I was looking for a door on behalf of my girlfriend. Two were found but the one chosen was apparently in poor condition. In the end we decided to let the body shop choose a door for us, probably through 1st choice. I was quite satisfied with the way that the company kept me informed.”
“Only problem I had was people were coming back with a price. I was answering within a minute. They would then ask for a photo and then say oh no we haven’t got that. Very frustrating. Gave up,in the end and bought new from ebay as 6 people did this to me or didn’t answer when I messaged them . Great idea and concept but needs tweaking”
