“This was the first time I had used 1st Choice for locating parts for my car. I found the completion on line of car details and identified the parts was easy and straight forward.
Within hours I had 2 companies who had the part I required (1 new 1 second hand). I chose the new one and rang the company to talk about the part. They were knowledgeable, helpful and answered my questions. I then bought the car part by using the on line process again easy. The car parts arrived 3 days later in a thick cardboard box. We are based in the UK and generally cater for the UK market - although many breakers do try and help with overseas requests. Perhaps the enquiry being from ANTIGUA AND BARBUDA did not attract the level of replies an engine enquiry usually receives.
The nature of recycled spares is that they are not always available.
If after checking your emails or texts, you do not receive many quotes first time round, it's likely your parts were not available on that day.
With over 150 Breakers nationwide however, between them they are processing literally hundreds of additional vehicles every day.
So if you have not found the parts you need, you can log back into the site and re-send your request automatically.
