“Unfortunately I found the whole thing painfull due to a faulty part
The refund process was very drawn out and 1st choice was slow to respond to any of the issues I faced due to the faulty part
I even had to pay for the faulty part to be posted back at my own expense”

“Used a company called vaux spares. Initially the wrong part was delivered to then keep being told the correct part was being sent out but it never arrived and was told it was damaged so hadn't been delivered after being told the company had paid extra to have it delivered the day before so dont believe the part was ever actually sent to replace the wrong part and I still have not been refunded. Will pursue the issue and take legal action if necessary”
