“We spoke to a assistant called Julie Barnett at 1st line funerals about having a funeral plan she explained to us in great detail about what plans were available answered our questions obviously it’s something you want to get right for peace of mind even when we weren’t sure I of things she explained again then she said it we needed to go back over anything at a later date we’ve got her number we would recommend 1st line funerals for anyone who isn’t sure of what they want to give them a call the gentleman who called us back to confirm things was also very helpful I didn’t catch his name if we have any questions we wouldn’t feel awkward about giving them a ring Would highly recommend from mrs B Phillips”
