Read 1st Line Future Planning Reviews
Sorry to say that yr company has not fulfilled its obligation of sorting My sons LPA (health & financial) it started last June 2025 forms filled questions answered but as up today 23rd Feb 2026 it still as not been finalised, contact has been minimal, customer service Nil. After ringing them they said the forms were not sign in right order they were sent back to us to resign and we sent them back to 1st line, ( this was Nov 25 why had it taken this long with no contact us) this was after constant phone call asking what was going on After sending them back in November we thought it would not be long before we heard, we'll I was wrong there it took for me to ring again 13th Feb to find out if we were close to getting them back. They said they would ring me back. 18th Feb got a call to say we would have to re sign the forms. What on earth is going on with this firm had they lost them. 1st.. they leave us in limbo until I ring 2nd...forms sent back to us and then back to them twice. 3rd...They saying they were sent off to OPG giving us hope of hearing in about 10 weeks but nothing 4th..if I had not rung asking for update we would have still heard nothing 5th...did our document get lost or just put to one side as no one seems to no anything substantial to tell us 6th..1st Line are quick to takenour money for a service that I would never recommend to anyone. 7th.. Just received forms through the post with signing arrows no printed names like the ones we received last year. Why go we have uo keep filling the forms in, and why do I have to keep phoning before anythings done. This is very very disappointing as we thought we could trust 1st Line to help us sort my sons LPA out (my son is handicapped and at the age of 58 he is having more health issues I'm being ask as I'm his main carrier do I have the power to decide what he needs.)So it's upsetting trying to reason with doctors etc. So when we decided to go with 1st Line we thought after initiall interview that everything would be fine and if there were any issues then they would contact us straight away to solve it. But I was wrong unless we pestered about the the progress there as not been any contact. If I had not rang them last week how long would this have gone on before they decided to get back to us. It's so ridiculous. I'm in two mind to ask for my money back and go elsewhere. I'm thinking also to contact Which Legal Services to ask there advice as it should not have taken this long. * Are they just waiting till we have finished paying then wash there hands of us that's how it feels.
