“Don’t touch this company with a barge pole! After buying and paying in full for the whole package on the day 13 months ago we still don’t have the paperwork for putting the property into a trust. The wills and LPAs I had to chase endlessly and now after the past fortnight of them promising to send the paperwork out for the Trust they are not returning my calls as promised. You never know how good a company and its promises are until you really need them to step up to the mark. This Company doesn’t deliver but like to take your money.”

“This has to be the worst company I have ever dealt with. They took 2k of my Mum's money back in Jan 2023 and still have not come up with the trust. I have been chasing them every few weeks with a promise of a call-back and nothing. Even the MD got involved and asked me not to leave a negative review until he had time to look into my complaint and promised me a call back - again nothing. As it stands, Mum has lost 2k and this company is not responding to me. I have asked for Mum's money back but again, nothing. I would warn anyone from using this company as I don't believe all their positive reviews are legitimate. They are a cowboy set-up for sure.”

“Was due a telephone meeting but had a family crisis, called the number listed on emails and it didn’t even connect, emailed someone I had a contact for to say I couldn’t make the meeting yet I was still contacted. When I explained I couldn’t talk then they started to go on about rearranging the appointment there and then. Poor. No empathy, just wanted my business.”

“If you are offered Abbey Family Funerals DONT TAKE IT. I did then cancelled as none of the telephone numbers linked you to that company and the same number on their website do not belong to them. STAY CLEAR”
