“The advisor who rang me about the funeral plan was called Ian he explained everything to me in detail was a true gentleman and very polite we were on the phone for rather a long time but I felt by the end of the conversation I knew him personally . I will definitely recommend to friends and family I am extremely happy with the way everything was dealt with and he advised that I was given a big thank you to Ian once again”
