“alltogether a very straight forward and simple process, made a great deal easier to complete due to the no hard sell attitude, very helpful and curtious, and very understaning staff, i have great difficulty making myself understood as i have a stoma due to throat cancer operation, but the youg lady that dealt with my Samantha, was very understanding and perservered even though i needed to repeat myself on several occations due to my poor speech, Samantha dealt with my situation without making me feel embarrassed, so much so i decided that i will without hesitation use the same company when i sort out my partners needs for her funeral plan, finally although i was given variou options i did find the right plan for myself which after all is the objective, so now i have absolutely no more worries about my funeral when the times comes JOB DONE”
