“If I could rate this zero stars I would! The level of service I received from this company was abysmal, the hamper delivered was completely incorrect. I have been contacting their customer service team for the past week, to which I was advised they would resend the hamper, however nothing has turned up and my follow up emails have been completely ignored. I finally managed to speak to someone through their Facebook page, to which I was advised that the earliest they could deliver the correct hamper would be 12th May (despite it still being available for next day delivery on their website). I will never use this website again, nor will I recommend.”

“The hampers that arrived where good but everything else from service to delivery a shambles. I ordered a few hampers to be delivered on the same day to friends they managed to get the wrong delivery to one they delivered a vegan hamper instead of a meat pastry hamper! the nicely timed delivery went very wrong with some arriving not all, I’d ordered a food hamper and wine hamper to each and again none of them delivered together as booked but delivered days apart. They agreed to deliver the meat pastry hamper for the one they messed up only for it to not arrive I’ve now been told it’s out of stock and they will refund me £15 for the difference in price between the two when I didn’t order a vegan hamper and the person wouldn’t really eat most of the items. Absolute shambles and took what should of been a nice surprise and spoilt it. I certainly wouldn’t recommend anyone use this company such a shame!”

“Ok after spending 4 hours on a refund I think I might be receiving it after all. Apparently either the delivery or the 1st time order can be used not both at the same time! Not sure how long it will take to hit my card though???”

“Ordered 2 items for next day delivery, paid for 2 items, but only 1 item is being delivered. 123 Hampers can’t explain why only one item processed but apparently I should have checked and chased them up?? Sorry, I ordered and paid for 2 items - not my job to check you’ve processed the order correctly. Don’t bother using if you actually want what you ordered to be delivered!!”

“I tried to order a hamper for a work colleague and after adding the hamper to the basket I tried 4 different payment methods and they all failed. When I called to order by phone I was offered the same item from a different website at higher price. Very unprofessional.”

“If I could give 0 star I would! I ordered a hamper for a baby boy with a penguin, blue comforter and all white outfit... I got a lion Teddy that is out of shape and Blue clothes. Also the basket its self that it came in is nothing like the picture. It is a very small basket that does not fit the items in well.”

“I ordered a fruit hamper for delivery on 24th December as a Christmas gift. Order confirmed but order never delivered. Shockingly poor service. I appreciate it is Christmas Eve but shouldn't accept an order to deliver on that date if can't fulfil the order.”
