Sadly the hamper was delivered a day late so my friends cant eat any of the meat. Neither of us can get any response from the company to know if they will replace the perishables before or after Christmas. I feel maybe the delivery company let them down but there os no customer service either by phone or email. Such a shame as the products look great. Pls call me back Helen Powell order 101753

I paid £90 for a carefully chosen hamper. A day later than expected I received a completely different hamper worth £40, and since then have been trying to resolve this- nobody answers the phones (waited over an hour on 3 occasions), the chat robots say nobody is available, and my emails seem to fall down a pit. Very disappointed as I wanted to send friends something special for Xmas, and 123 Hampers totally failed me.

Very poor. Asked for delivery date as was given options yet it was see delivered at 7am on a Sunday morning waking the entire household and 2 days early without any warning. Part of it was slightly damaged and it doesn't look half as good as in the pics. Been told we can have a voucher but wouldn't shop here again to ever use it

An absolute stupid setout, nothing flows. Twice you have to accept things by ticking a box and they are not placed in any sort of order. Why should I have to register?

I ordered a hamper of sausage rolls for my son & family to be delivered on Sat 17th, but it was delayed until Monday 19th, with instructions to destroy if not consumed or frozen by Sunday 18th. A complete waste of time & money & a hassle for my daughter-in-law who has health problems. Very disappointing

Appalling company to deal with. Website totally misleading with who will deliver the hamper. They are beyond belief that in the in middle of Royal Mail strikes they sent a £130 hamper with Royal Mail that did not then arrive in time !! This was sent on a strike day when it could NEVER arrive on time for a named day delivery! Called to question it when email came through to say it was Royal Mail and the rudest customer service person I have ever spoken to was so dismissive it was amazing how they could be so rude and remain in a job unless they were one of the directors or owners. Their dismissive reply was - read the terms and conditions. We’ve sent it - if the third party delivery people didn’t get it there then it’s not their problem. Appalling company to deal with. Next time I’ll buy one from a reputable company like John Lewis or Marks and Spencer. Also Amazon have a brilliant range of hampers, which I ordered one of on the same day and it arrived the next day. Also be careful of the honesty of other reviews on here as they send an email asking if you are happy with your order - click yes and you get to fill in this review page. Click no and it goes to a feedback form for them to ignore. Therefore ONLY people that click they are happy get the chance to leave a review - unless you did as I did and clicked yes and then told the truth about my experience.

Sent the wrong hampers asked for photos and listing what was in the hamper Finally got the right hampers one was damaged chutney everywhere Keep asking about having wrong hampers collected as I’m not able to do it no answer asked several times Will never use this company again

very rapid delivery however i dont think the contents justified even the reduced price, let alone the supposed full pfrice. I shall not be using rhis company again

We purchased a hamper in the good faith that what was displayed on the website was honest. Unfortunately, whilst the site implies you can choose the delivery day, this is only applicable in an ideal world - that one without national strikes !! A charge of £5.99 is made for delivery, which is pretty typical for courier delivery, however, in the middle of the National Royal Mail postage strikes, this company chooses to use Royal Mail for a £130 hamper! Having spoken to a very rude lady on the phone that just kept referring us to the terms and conditions that we agreed to during checkout, the end result was - we don't care - we've sent it and it is not our problem anymore. I would suggest that you check what method they are using for your order - they give so many implications to customers that they are NOT using Royal Mail - including stating clearly all over the site that they are delivering up to the 24th of December - even though Royal Mail already plan to strike on the 23rd and 24th December. Delays in deliveries happen - and I accept that, and would accept weather, breakdowns and couriers being busy, but when a company promises a named day delivery and then goes out of its way to choose a delivery method that has no chance at all of achieving that - they are 100% to blame for the failed delivery. We shall not be using 123 Hampers again - we trusted them as they are a large company - perhaps supporting a small company is a much better idea in future.

I have contacted you more than 4 times with no response as to why there are 3 delivery charges to the same address and the standard charge is not available. your loss i got free delivery from another company Phil Bloss

Hamper didn't arrive next day and still hasn't arrived. Should not advertise next day delivery if cannot honour this. Its currently sat in a warehouse 200 miles away from destination.

Hamper has not arrived on 9th Dec as requested and accepted by 123 hampers. Still waiting and no notification from come if there is a delay. I have complained to the company. Waiting for outcome from the company.

My hamper should have been delivered on the 11/12/2022, its the 12/12/2020 and I have no hamper. Not even an email or a call. Will not order here again very poor customer service

The website for this company is one of the worst I have ever shopped on. Half the time the website just goes round in circles and doesn’t let you process any further . Very frustrating and I think getting a website that actually works well would improve your sales as I came pretty close to going to a different website, having to spend more than an hour trying to buy a simple Hamper is a joke .

Recently bought the Afternoon Tea Hamper very disappointed with this Hamper. Scones were "off-the-shelf products " very small not what I would call an Afternoon Scone! Sauage rolls all came in the one package so the smell of the cheese was on all the sausage rolls not nice. Use by date was only 3 days which makes me think that this Hamper is not freshly made. Overall I would advise customers buying this product to be wary and ask questions before deciding to Purchase.

My hamper I bought was due to be delivered yesterday, it’s still not been delivered, it’s Sunday tmrw and I go on holiday on Monday so I cannot chase up also the person I bought it for, it’s been very warm so 5-6 days from despatch I cannot imagine warm cheese is very nice.

Bad choice using Royal Mail for delivery plenty of other parcel company to use with better service Also checking dates on products would be good idea don’t expect to pay for out of date products
