Very poor quality and standard of service. Poor quality of fruit received and then with one order, the item was hamper was delivered a day late after the event that it was meant for had passed. Customer service ("live chat") left a lot to be desired by not addressing the issue at hand.

extremely disappointed with your service. I ordered 5 fruit hampers (9/5/21), only 4 were received of which one was of very poor quality. Having complained about this with photographic evidence sent out to the supplier who assured me that a new better hamper would be sent out (3days ago), but nothing has been received. The 5th hamper which was to a Birmingham address has, to date, not been received. I would strongly discourage anyone to use your website I expect full compensation tel 07775752546 Dr Tariq Hama

For the price of £50 for chocolates, I've expected an ample amount of chocolates, very disappointing, does not seem to be good value for money.

I have today reported that my order has not arrived. It should have arrived yesterday 30/4/21 but still has not arrived on Saturday 1/5. Am really disappointed.

Wasn’t happy it was supposed to be a nice flat modern grey basket the flowers and bottle was in that was shown in the picture when ordering Instead it was an old fashioned style basket very disappointed

Gift lost for 3 days. Arrived last Monday. First cheese very nice. Second cheese totally covered in blue mould and unable to eat it. Third cheese very very dry. Only nice thing was packaging. Lost any future business from us unless sorted

Sorry. We had a nightmare. Special day picnic ruined. You have been very nice since and have refunded but this all went very wrong and the hamper has never turned up. Not even late. You never did email us a dispatch advice and do you just know this all went wrong. Staff seemed upset and were very nice. Stay safe and be successful. Regards Chris

My Mothers Day hamper turned up 3 days late, After sitting in the post for so long it was spoiled. Had no response to 4 Emails. Poor customer service my Mothers day gift was a disaster really disappointed

Absolutely appalling experience with 123 Hampers. Placed an order 2 week's prior to the delivery date I had chosen and recieved a confirmation email. To then be emailed at 6.30pm the night before delivery was due to be made to be told it wouldn't be happening and that they will be refunding my money which can take upto 5 working day's. We are on day 4 since the email and I still haven't recieved the refund yet. When I spoke with customer service, she was just as useless and wasn't interested.. the only explanation they could give was 'we have only just noticed the issue'. Appalling customer service, appalling service in general and a friend let down on his birthday. Had they emailed me immediately after I had placed the order, I could have placed an order elsewhere. Let's be honest, it's not cheap and I'd spent a fair amount of money with them on this order so just common decency to notify me sooner so I could have arranged something else would have been great. Will never order with them again.

One item was missing from my order. I was given a refund for that item and a credit code to use which doesn't work . Absolute rubbish.

I haven't received the hamper yet so I have no idea what it is like. However I am extremely disappointed it did not arrive on the day I specified so the person I bought it for will not get their gift on time 😡

A load of rubbish - very disappointing sent it to my daughter to help cheer her up during the pandemic and the contents were extremely poor.

Still waiting for my hamper to be delivered,it is now nearly 2weeks late. I emailed the company and got an automated reply. Managed to speak to someone last week who advised it was with the courier. Tried calling again twice and was on hold for 15 minutes. Very poor service, still do not know where it is !!

The delivery of the hamper, was not as specified. I bought this as a surprise birthday gift and it’s not been delivered, as promised. This now won’t be delivered until “the next working day”, which will be on the Monday. I have tried to call you and your phone lines aren’t open. I’ve sent an email and no response

Avoid them. The customer service is awful. We ordered five hampers for delivering on 8th December - they finally arrived on Christmas Eve! Each time we called we were waiting at least 45min and then got to same excuse saying they had been despatched and were on their way and to check their tracking system, however, their tracking system tells you nothing as it had no information on it. When we couldnt get them on the phone and reverted to the online chat, we got the same standard reply and so when I questioned it, the response was " As this conversation is not progressing, I will have to close the chat. " and I was cut off. They outsource their service to a 3rd party supplier anyway, so you are probably better off going to the source they use. WILL NEVER USE THEM AGAIN!

Dreadful service. Poor customer contact. Hamper was 8 days late with no explanation, (except generic “Covid” response.) This was despite the fact that I ordered the hamper in November before the harder restrictions came in. The hamper message was wrong. The phone number was shut and the response time on the chat on line took over an hour followed by no apology, no explanation and no help with receiving a refund. I was separated from my family and this hamper was my way to be close to them. What a disgusting disappointment. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY I have given 1 star as it would not allow me to put none.

BEWARE! DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM. ORDERED 9 HAMPERS IN NOVEMBER AND CONFIRMATION EMAIL STATED DELIVERY BY 8TH DEC. ALL BAR ONE DELIVERED 24TH DEC! CALLED CUSTOMERS SERVICES TO CHASE AVERAGE WAIT TIME OVER 1 HOUR. THEIR TEAM ARE POWERLESS TO HELP AND THEY REFUSED REQUESTS FOR REFUNDS WHICH IS AGAINST THE DISTANCE SELLING REGULATIONS. SERVICE DREADFUL!!! SAVE YOUR TIME AS THEY REALLY NEED TO SORT OUT THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICES AND LEAD TIMES.
