“Hamper was was delivered on specified date. But an update before delivery would have been appreciated as I was starting to panic as to if order had been done. My order was going to Plymouth, and on December 6th Hamper arrived, and it was absolutely lovely in a gorgeous wicker basket. My sincere thanks go out to staff who arrange these hampers. Merry Christmas to all staff.”

“Have used this company before and the hamper contents are good. Checking out was a bit confusing as it was not obvious to me whether there was another step. Checked my credit card and found that there was. Apart from that the process was painful. I did find he same hamper on another site but that was more expensive.”

“I sent the Blue Birthday Hamper from South Africa to my daughter, whose working temporarily in the UK. It was delivered timeously and my daughter was super-excited. The only minor challenge she had, was locating the card, which she eventually did. As the sender, I did not receive an email, as promised, or any notification indicating that the hamper had been delivered. On the positive side, the hamper was well-priced, beautifully packaged and came with a free delivery bonus. I would definitely use your services again.”

“Ordered 1st of the month for delivery 21st. They said they would mail me when the hamper was leaving, they did not. I e mailed to find where the order was on the 21st and they said it had been delivered, that is it, no proof of delivery or anything, they did send another one the next day free of charge, and it was left under a bush, even though there were people home. I think they should get a better delivery service! The customer service from 123hampers was good though. I would probalaby order again from this company.”
