“Bought as a present for delivery to a friend. Got my original confirmation then nothing! I had to chase to get tracking details and luckily it did get delivered, despite on my first approach being told the courier couldn't find the address. Turns out it was delivered by Royal Mail so the courier story couldn't have been correct as it was their usual Postie! At the end of the day, my friend was very happy with the rose plant and goodies I bought and that makes all my worries worthwhile. Deffo could do better on the information front, but thank you for delivering a lovely gift to my friend”

“I use you every year and I have never had a major problem. The Christmas hampers arrived for my family and they were very happy,. Thank you! Sadly the birthday gift I sent to my sister has been a disappointment. The rose bush has started to die after just 3 days and the rose bush I sent last year also died after a couple of weeks, apparently. In previous years they have flourished. Perhaps you have changed supplier. I shall continue to use you for the Christmas hampers but will probably rethink the idea of sending a rose bush for my sister's birthday. Incidentally, I was unable to order anything for an early January delivery which was disappointing.”

“My daughter when she received the hamper was thrilled with it. Unfortunately it was a day late and the deliverer neglected to ring the doorbell so I had to wait until I got the confirmation of delivery email to let her know her surprise was in the porch!”

“The hamper arrived the day after I had chosen using the free delivery option but on re-reading hte information, I see that paying the £4.99 delivery charge would have guaranteed next day delivery. The contents were very well received.”
