I ordered a Festive afternoon tea for my daughter as a Christmas treat. She received a hamper that was nothing to do with Christmas. There were no scones, jam or cream. It had nothing fresh just things in packets. I’m very disappointed as this was not anything like I ordered.

THE HAMPERS ARE GREAT; THE PRODUCTS ARE FRESH AND FINE,BUT THE WEBSITE PROMISES COJPONS AND DISCOUNTS THAT ARE VERY VERY DIFFICULT TO USE.

Very poor service on this occasion - took my money and didn’t deliver, had to chance for status 2 days post deliver date and only to then be told they didn’t deliver to that postcode. By the the time I then sourced another supplier my gift looked like an after thought! Used previously with no issues to another postcode but very disappointed this time and unlikely to use again as a result!

I ordered several Humpers for my corporate customers; The parcels were posted on time however most of them were delivered very late; The 2 Star rating is the reason for them using Royal Mail which is known to be unreliable; I wouldn't mind paying a few pounds extra for an express on-time delivery but sadly there is no such option.

Service and value excellent but, according to the recipients, the food was very short dated and needed to be consumed immediately although it was intended as a Christmas gift. This is the first time that my family has not been happy with their gift. Having said that, apparently the food itself was good.

I ordered a Christmas hamper to be delivered yo an elderly lady a week after the order. I had no communication from 123 hampers, so i had no idea of the delivery status and was worried it wouldn’t arrive in time for Christmas. It arrived a day after chosen date. An email to say it had been despatched wiuld have been very helpful. Will never use them again, too stressful

Disappointed. The hamper did not arrive on the day requested. I tried calling the phone number on the website and waited 30 minutes without an answer. I used the chat forum on the website twice and on both occasions did not receive a worthwhile answer. When the hamper did arrive 24 hours late, the message i typed did not appear with the hamper, therefore the recipient had no idea who it was from. As very disappointing experience.

I am still waiting for the hamper. Received a message yesterday saying from the Royal Mail that the parcel is due Saturday the 11th June between 10.26 am and 2.26 pm. It’s 6.30 pm now and still no parcel. I am very disappointed as I stayed in to receive the parcel.

Disappointed. For the price you pay not a lot of biscuit. Yes they look pretty but they are very small.

Hamper looks decent butneequested you choose a delivery date and then delivered 6 days too early so really not great as a gift.

I ordered 2 hampers to be delivered on 22nd Dec. They both arrived a week early. It took me at least 5 days to get an answer that was not automated and eventually got a partial refund
