Still waiting for my hamper to be delivered,it is now nearly 2weeks late. I emailed the company and got an automated reply. Managed to speak to someone last week who advised it was with the courier. Tried calling again twice and was on hold for 15 minutes. Very poor service, still do not know where it is !!

The delivery of the hamper, was not as specified. I bought this as a surprise birthday gift and it’s not been delivered, as promised. This now won’t be delivered until “the next working day”, which will be on the Monday. I have tried to call you and your phone lines aren’t open. I’ve sent an email and no response

Sorry , would not use you again , one order was out of date when delivered to my elderly parent so would have caused him real harm if eaten

Avoid them. The customer service is awful. We ordered five hampers for delivering on 8th December - they finally arrived on Christmas Eve! Each time we called we were waiting at least 45min and then got to same excuse saying they had been despatched and were on their way and to check their tracking system, however, their tracking system tells you nothing as it had no information on it. When we couldnt get them on the phone and reverted to the online chat, we got the same standard reply and so when I questioned it, the response was " As this conversation is not progressing, I will have to close the chat. " and I was cut off. They outsource their service to a 3rd party supplier anyway, so you are probably better off going to the source they use. WILL NEVER USE THEM AGAIN!

Dreadful service. Poor customer contact. Hamper was 8 days late with no explanation, (except generic “Covid” response.) This was despite the fact that I ordered the hamper in November before the harder restrictions came in. The hamper message was wrong. The phone number was shut and the response time on the chat on line took over an hour followed by no apology, no explanation and no help with receiving a refund. I was separated from my family and this hamper was my way to be close to them. What a disgusting disappointment. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY I have given 1 star as it would not allow me to put none.

BEWARE! DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM. ORDERED 9 HAMPERS IN NOVEMBER AND CONFIRMATION EMAIL STATED DELIVERY BY 8TH DEC. ALL BAR ONE DELIVERED 24TH DEC! CALLED CUSTOMERS SERVICES TO CHASE AVERAGE WAIT TIME OVER 1 HOUR. THEIR TEAM ARE POWERLESS TO HELP AND THEY REFUSED REQUESTS FOR REFUNDS WHICH IS AGAINST THE DISTANCE SELLING REGULATIONS. SERVICE DREADFUL!!! SAVE YOUR TIME AS THEY REALLY NEED TO SORT OUT THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICES AND LEAD TIMES.

Buyers Beware! Placed an order on the 2nd of December and it has still not arrived (17/12). Tracked it with Royal Mail several times and the last entry was on 7th December which states they are waiting to receive the package. I've raised a ticket (1217688) with customer services but apart from an automated response I've been totally ignored. They've left me with no choice but to report them to my card company for fraud and to claim my money back that way.

I ordered a hamper to be sent to my brother as we will not be seeing him or his family this Christmas . It should have been delivered on 8th December. It has yet to be delivered . I have made a complaint and have been allocated a complaint number . I am still waiting for a response .I have complained again and asked for reassurance that it will be delivered by Christmas. Still no response . Very poor service

While I understand about Covid and the Royal Mail are extremely busy but surely as I have more then one hamper you could have used a courier as you know that Royal Mail are busy. Unfortunately one of these Hampers was for a present for the 18th but from your message I will not be receiving my order till next week.

Very disappointed- nowhere near £25 worth. Had to buy additional items before we could give it. Would not recommend or use again. Just glad second hamper ordered was unavailable in NI.

Really disappointed, I have tried to get in touch with 123 Hampers over several days now, been on hold collectively for over 3 hrs. Cannot get through to anyone. I've emailed you and no response, I've even messaged on Facebook and still no response. Parcel has not arrived and was meant to be here on the 8th.

Order still not received after 16 days several emails and a phone call where I had to wait 38mins to get through. The advisor on the phone could give me no info on when to expect my item and it was a waste of time waiting to get through. Very strange how the email from 123 hampers only offers you the chance to write a review of you were satisfied with your order which is what I have had to click on to write. Based on that I would question their star rating based on the reviews left.

Still not received 14 hampers i ordered 6 weeks ago. Should have been delivered 11th....today is 15th...no sign of them! Also i had 2 vouchers for £7.50 each to use, but the website wouldnt allow me to use them. 🙁

Still waiting for delivery of the hamper I ordered which this company says was delivered on Dec 8th which it was not. I have sent emails and tried calling the company, on hold for 40 mins. There is NO costumer service! I spent 65 pounds!

Ordered a £350 hamper on 6 December. It showed me I would get delivery on 8 December. When I got the confirmation e-mail it said delivery would be 9 December. Not a problem as I needed it for 10 December. Now 11 December and tracking shows they have not even handed it to the courier. You cannot get through on the phone and they do not respond to emails. Avoid at all costs

Havent received hampers yet but i bought 15 for work and received discount vouchers for future. Tried to use 2 of the codes and you cannot type into the boxes so lost out on my discounts!! Emailes but no response, went onto chat 20 mins wait...waited until i was number 1 in queue then chat went off,!!
