Total rip off. Stated on advertising that it was a 'John Lewis Hamper' and it certainly wasn't . Totally misleading. I had to buy extra products to make the hamper acceptable. FALSE advertising

The whole ordering process was more difficult that it should or could have been. Hopefully the order is as expected. Item not delivered yet.

I had high hopes for my experience with this company based on their positive reviews, but my recent encounter has been nothing short of disgraceful! I ordered a hamper (not this order) intended as a Christmas gift, but it was delivered to the wrong address. Despite the unfortunate error, I reached out to customer service to resolve the situation. All I asked was for the hamper to be resent to my correct address, and I even offered to pay for the additional postage to ensure no one would be out of pocket. Unfortunately, this option was not provided, and I was met with excuses rather than a solution (disgusting customer service) The representative I communicated with seemed unable to grasp the importance of this situation, especially given that it’s meant for the holiday season. To make matters worse, the hamper had already been returned to their facility, yet they were unwilling to simply resend it to me at my correct address. What’s more, the lack of accountability and customer care in handling this situation is shocking. It's disheartening to see a company that does not prioritise customer satisfaction, especially during a time meant for giving and celebration. Commically I was offered £15 credit, as a good will gesture (according to Hampers 123) when I spent £65 on a luxury hamper to be delivered, I am not sure how they believe to be acceptable and quite frankly direspectful! I strongly advise potential customers to think twice before purchasing from this company, as my experience suggests a serious lack of customer service and attention to detail. Save yourself the hassle and frustration!

Very disappointed. Arrived a day late as Royal Mail didn't leave the parcel. Couldn't use the clotted cream, scones were hard. Everything was upside down in the cardboard box, poorly packaged. A miserable birthday surprise!

Poor product. 2 out of 3 items in the gift substituted. Poor quality rose plant with only 6 buds. Very disappointed for the money spent (and that was discounted). No resolution offered by the company. Will not use again.

I have communicated with the proposed recipient who has told me that they still have not received the hamper that I bought from you. This is inspite of your continued insistence that you have delivered. I now need unequivocal proof of delivery or a refund

Ordered as a gift for delivery 24.12.23 Arrived 21.12.23.... very annoying as it needed opening and putting into the fridge- ruined the gift

I booked for a specific date for the hamper to be delivered as it was for a friend's birthday, 4 days after the delivery date and it still hasn't been delivered. Each morning I get an email from them saying the hamper is with the courier and due to be delivered but it hasn't been delivered.No refund as well as no hamper. Don't waste your money (especially on the specific date delivery). Use moonpig or M&S if you want to send someone a nice gift on a special occasion.

The recipient did not receive the hamper, I have attempted to track via Royal Mail but it’s toll states parcels will be delivered Saturday, it’s now Sunday!!

Due to the distance between the delivery address and our distribution centre, it can sometimes take extra time in transit, as we do advise on our website. We live in South Africa and my son is at Sandhurst Military Academy. I was so happy to come across your website, and ordered a hamper for his birthday on Friday. I ordered it well within the time to be delivered on his birthday on Friday, but he left on an exercise on Saturday morning... still nothing was received. There were many other companies to choose from, but I chose yours as it promised next day delivery. So disappointing!! Will we be refunded or will the package be delivered... and if so... when?? He will now not be there to receive it!!

Very poor rating is better than my experience with 123 Hampers. My order was scheduled for delivery on 20/1 and on the 25/1/23 it's still not delivered. It was a birthday gift, sad to say. Needless to say I will not be using their services in the future.

I live in Australia, placed order for elderly in laws November for delivery on the 21 December. Item was left at front door on the 19th, which is wrong delivery date and has now gone missing. Cannot contact this organisation as automated chat doesn’t go anywhere and ticket system says no such order with my email address. Terrible service and no way to follow up. Absolutely terrible.

My order hasn’t been delivered. I have asked what’s happening and received an auto response with no tracking details. I sent this gift to my recently bereaved aunt and will not be using g this company again.

Hamper was delivered over a week early. Recipients were not there to receive it and it was consequently eaten by others. A day early is understandable but not over a week😪 I ordered early to avoid late delivery not expecting this to happen. When I contacted your customer service representative she advised that you are legally able to do this.

Very disappointed. Still waiting for a delivery that should have happened on 31st. Tried multiple times to contact 123. Nobody has got back to me. Shame as I've used then before and trusted them. Doubt if I'd use them again. Too stressful
