After shopping around on net i decided to order from you as delivery was 7th May which i wanted. Guess what my daughter still hasn't received her gift. Royal Mail diverted delivery?? why? Its sitting in Birmingham not update. My daughter is going away 9th May for a week. So where are Royal Mail going to leave this b'day gift. Outside the house with edible's . Absolutely disgusted.

The hamper I ordered for a 50th wedding anniversary was not delivered. I was told, when I asked them why it hadn't been delivered, that it was out of stock. They said that they don't know items are not delivered until customers complain!!

It arrived 3 days too late after paying for next day express delivery, I notified the company via chat to be told it would be delivered that day - still no delivery. I messaged two more times to say it had not been received and could they refund the express delivery and no reply. When it eventually came (4 days after ordering) The message card was cut off after a few words so the receiver couldn't see who it was from - never again :-( very poor service and no attention to detail.

I ordered the giant sausage roll as a Valentine gift. It was supposed to arrive on Friday 11 February but did not arrive until Tuesday 15 February. Included was a note saying not to consume if not received on Friday. The telephone number provided just says that the lines are closed. I have emailed multiple times and no response. Dreadful. If I could give zero stars I would.

My daughters birthday cake came the day after her birthday not on the day I had asked for so I had to buy another cake before she got upset.when the cake finally came it didn't look exactly like the photo it was a complete waste of money.

Arrived late and not worth the money! Items delivered were smaller than expected and we could have bought these at an estimate half the money paid. I am very disappointed as this was a gift to my family. Valerie

Hamper said it would arrive on the 29th December and has not yet been received . There have been no other updates via email and no response to my complaint email as of yet.

Absolutely disgusting company placed an ordered, 1 week after the order was placed and supposed to have been delivered, after I contacted the company they told me they don't deliver to that postcode. Had I note chased them I firmly believe I wpuld not have got a refund. I am still without the refund 10days on!! AVOID AT ALL COSTS

I would never use them again, turned up a week early, without notice, contents were disapointing and not worth the money, and when they ask how did we do you can not click on poor only on good, so this review, hopefully will go out to anyone who is thinking of using this company and my advice is don't.

Ordered 2 hampers to be delivered on the 24th of Dec. Without any notice, 1 was delivered a week early and the 2nd, which was perishable, sat in the couriers warehouse over the weekend, presumably unrefridgerated. Will not use again

Awful customer service, I had to contact you when my hamper wasn’t delivered & was told you had stopped delivery for no apparent reason. I then had to chase you again for a tracking link to try & ascertain when it would be delivered. At no point was an apology offered. Would never use again or recommend.

Paid for next day delivery.2 days later no sign of hamper.It’s too late now was a Christmas gift for a friend who won’t be home after tomorrow now :( Waste of time .Not sure if they will refund as very poor customer service.

I would give zero, but that is not an option! Ordered the next-day delivery - it, apparently, arrived the day after, although the intended recipient has now gone on holiday; so I cannot ask - even though I had to pay £5.99 Next Day Delivery. AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE!

Despite ordering 2weeks in advance Delivery did not arrive on the specified date. had to wait in a whole day. No reply to emails. When delivery was advised there was no time slot and came late in the day thus another day of waiting. Didn't consider value for money Would not buy from this company again

Very poor customer service. Poor value for money. Advertised as seagrass hamper with foodstuffs but came in cardboard box with different company name on (sister company?). On contacting refused to send the seagrass hamper I had paid for. Offered £10 refund initially and £10 voucher off next order! Would definitely not order again or recommend to anyone.
