“They didn’t look like medium flower I have order what the price I could of go to a shop and got better ones”

“I placed and paid for the enclosed order for valentine's day, 12 Red Roses (£39.00) Delivery Charge: £2.95 Delivery Date: 2021-02-13 Addons: Card Vase The flowers delivered were the most miserable flowers that i have ever seen. Needless to say it ruined the day. The flowers arrived dry with the rose burnt out and almost falling off the stalk. The price is atrocious and i complained and asked for a refund but never got a response back from 123 flower. I wonder how many other unsuspecting customer have fallen foul of the beautifully presented charade on its website. This is a complete scam. I will warn customers to stay away!!!!!!!!”

“Tracked with Royal Mail who totally left my mother without her flowers ordered 5 days early to arrive 2 days early as there is no Sunday delivery not 123 flowers fault courier tracking shows 2 misdirect posting to 2 main delivery points Royal Mail sucks flowers will probably be dead by Monday’s delivery 😡 hopefully 123 flowers will redeem theirselves ? More to follow”

“Wasn’t impressed, a skinny bunch of flowers were delivered for £20, feel abit scammed to be honest. Would expect much more - could buy a thicker bunch from a supermarket for less than £5!!”

“Sparse bouquet nowhere near a large bouquet. Didnt look anything like the photo. Couldn't deliver another bunch for over a week so got a refund. Wont shop here again.”

“There was a huge disparity between the photo of the product and the flowers that were sent. I was so embarrassed and , frankly, disgusted, that something I had spent so much money on was so pathetic. When I queried the issue, there was apparently nothing to be done but I noticed even before enquiring that the product no longer seems to be available and it wouldn't surprise me to learn that there had been numerous other complaints.”

“I am gutted order a medium had 5 roses to lily's and green leaf didn't evan stand up in box because it wasn't enough flowers i read all reviews and thought they would be fab for mothers day received yesterday and the flowers look like they wil be dead by Sunday I'm really disappointed”

“Firstly, if you click on the sad face in the "how did we do" email it does not link to a feedback page! Secondly, the flowers arrived late and looked as though they had been caught by frost, I sent an email with photos to 123 flowers and got a receipt but no one replied. Two days later the flowers looked very sad and the leaves were falling off, I sent another email, including photos but still had no communication from them. Meanwhile the flowers I sent to my mum from Flying Flowers lasted for ages, so I guess that is where I shall shop in future. If 123 flowers treat all of their customers like this, they may not be aroung for long. My advice, shop elsewhere.”
