I paid the extra £2.95 for next day delivery, they arrived 3 days later, told me it isn't guaranteed, even though free standard delivery states 1-2 working days. The flowers that arrived were not like the picture at all, I upgraded to a medium bouquet and paid £30 for a paltry looking amount of flower, when I sent the pic they said yes they are correct for a medium bunch flowers! Do not use, they just scam you and aren't interested in putting right at all. See pics to see what I ordered and what arrived!

While our next-day delivery service aims to arrive promptly, it is not guaranteed due to courier limitations, which we do try to communicate clearly at checkout. That said, we appreciate that a delay of three days is far from ideal and sincerely apologise for the inconvenience. Regarding the bouquet, we’re sorry it didn’t meet your expectations. Our florists follow a recipe for each bouquet size using seasonal flowers, which can sometimes result in natural variation. I’m so embarrassed to have sent these flowers. They look beautiful in the website picture but then the actual bunch of flowers is ridiculous, yes I ordered the small bundle but that’s what was pictured with the price I was paying. My Daughter intercepted these and they were not given to the grieving parents they were bought for. Thank goodness as they are pathetic.

Ordered on 9th May paid extra for Saturday 10 May A few very poor chrysanthemum's arrived on m Monday with a Teddy bear that I wasn’t aware I had ordered. I wish I had read the reviews before ordering . Not happy

Flower order delivered yesterday as a thank you for a friend. I had a video call from my friend saying " I hope you have not spent much money on these flowers" she went on to say they were sparse and wilted. They had been put in water as soon as delivered and had revived a little. I saw the flowers by video link, as she said they did not look good and indeed sparse. What I saw I could have gone to a supermarket and bought far better quality flowers for half the price. Not a happy customer that my friend was very disappointed .

If I could give less than one star I would. Absolutely disgusting product and subsequent customer service. Picture attached- this was taken within 1 hour of delivery!!! I ordered a beautiful bouquet of flowers for a severely ill relative- what turned up bore absolutely no resemblance to the advertised product, and has caused genuine embarassment. Unlike the advertised bouqet, the majority of the bunch was foliage, which was dead, dried up, and crunchy, along with a handful of dry, dying flowers with petals literally dropping off. Upon contacting Customer Services I was advised to email in with pictures and somebody would look into the complaint and respond. I did, and requested a refund so that i could source a replacement bunch from a more reputable supplier. I received an automated response, and sent another email. The second response I received was from Laura C- supposedly 'somebody already in management', but to add insult to injury consisted of completely generic instructions on how to care for flowers... I called back in, spoke to a different representative- Jess, who advised that there was nothing else they could do and that was basically the end of the complaint. I've never experienced customer service like this, and 123 Flowers, along with their customer services staff should be ashamed. I will now be contacting Trading Standards and requesting a chargeback from my bank if this is not resolved by the company, aswell as posting this review to every available portal. Please keep clear of this company if you want to avoid embarassment, unnecessary stress, and the loss of money.

Flowers delivered without water, and already browning. Sadly the bouquet went in the bin after a couple of days. Customer service were completely unhelpful and offered a £10 voucher for the inconvenience as I didn't make contact until the recipient told me about the issue, after the companies 3 day deadline. Customer service refused to help in anyway stating that it could be many things that caused the issue and therefore they are unable to help.

Ordered flowers for my wife’s birthday what came was awful it was her 70birthday so I ordered an extra large bunch of alstromerias and roses got 8 alstromerias and 5 roses not good for £35 . Overpriced and very poor quality . Would never use them again !!! Beware the bunch’s have shrunk and flowers are 1 week old and most are in the bin . They did send a replacement bunch but exactly the same . Very poor quality not what you would expect from M&S .

I ordered a bouquet of flowers for next day delivery, and this was not completed until the day after. So, no flowers where delivered. Poor customer service who were given a photo shot to say the flowers has been attempted on the 2nd May when it was requested for the First when my friend was in. Will not be using this service again and will be reporting this to the Bluelight card and give them the feedback to them about this very poor service. I will order another bouquet which will complete on the day I have requested delivery.

Brought the pink sunshine flowers looked really nice in the picture even paid for the large got it a day later was nothing like the picture and the flowers looked almost dead and for £40 flowers that’s not acceptable

Very disappointed. Was not kept up to date regarding delivery. Medium bunch of roses and lilies ordered. Paltry amount of flowers received. The flowers were left on the doorstep in the heat of the day even though the recipient was at home. I was told the packaging was damaged. Won’t be using this company again.

I ordered the Peruvian lily and rose bouquet for my friend who has just been discharged from hospital. I was sooo disappointed and ashamed to see a wilting bouquet of alstro and rose.(which I asked my friend to take a photo and send me. ) I did not order the alstro and rose bouquet.

First and last order I will place with this company. Placed my order yesterday, paid for delivery today, nothing so far! No update, no flowers!! Have emailed them for info but so far no information where my order is or when it will be delivered.

What do you call this (see pictures)? This is NOT a medium bouquet resembling anything like the image posted on your site. To be clear, I do not anticipate getting any redress, nor do I anticipate that this review will be reflected in your dubious satisfaction rating, but just be assured that neither I, nor anybody within my sphere of influence, will use your misleading, miserly and miserable little company for as much as a dandelion buttonhole. I have yet to know if the flowers will arrive. But I wished I had read the reviews before I placed an order. I discovered after the order that the complete address of the recipient was in a delayed text, and the flowers were ordered in the night before. Hoping to have the rest of the address added I emailed as quickly as possible to be told that the flower were already dispatched? (Which did not make sense as I had emailed a whole 12 hours before and then received the email before 9 o clock the next morning). I am not impressed at this moment in time with the customer service, so I am thinking that the flowers may be a sham as well from what I am reading. I will update when I know, but I would steer clear of these in future.

The real product looks nothing like what they show on their website. Complete rip-off. I appreciate there are always difference, but showing an ample bouquet and then getting a tiny bit of greenery that you could easily pick up for a few bucks at the supermarket is plain disgusting. And their customer service just does not care (“tough luck”). Never again - stay away from these crooks.

Placed my order on Wednesday, paid extra for the next day delivery on the Thursday, it is now Saturday and I’ve still no delivery and no one will confirm they were even dispatched. Would not recommend this company to anyone and I would say any good reviews here must be fake.

Ordered a medium bouquet for £25.00 and what was delivered was pitiful. I could have bought the same bouquet in a supermarket for £6. I tried to complain but was told “you got what you paid for. I had to go to Tesco and buy a bouquet for £10, which was bigger than the one I paid £25 for. Shameful.
