“I ordered flowers on the 8th of March and it is now 16th March and my mam has still not had her flowers. I have sent numerous emails and got no joy!!!!!”

“Almost dead roses,brown petals, ordered the largest size and had 8 roses. A broken plastic butterfly and a few small white flowers. Very disappointed.”

“Flowers ordered on the 2nd March for the 12th March , so far nothing has arrived and besides a Birthday being spoiled I'm down on my money . First time : never again !!”

“I would never use this company again. I spend over £35 on what I was told was a large bunch and got a pitiful posy of flowers and some greenery. What a scam!!!!!!! If I could give no stars I would.”

“Mothers Day was ruined by a late delivery, I picked Saturday to ensure they would arrive, but they have still not arrived. Customer service were eventually (after 2hours of waiting) really good and refunded, but too late for my Mums gift. Have been promised a £15 credit, but to be honest, probably will not use again.”

“The flowers looked nothing like the picture; not the same type of flower or even the same colour scheme. I paid extra for a large bouquet and it would hardly even pass for small. Read the bad reviews and decided to give this company a go anyway; learned my lesson and absolutely will not be back. Don’t waste your money!!!!”

“Floral bouquet order was made on the 9th of March for delivery on the 12th of March (day before Mother’s Day). Bouquet did not arrive and was advised that the courier had some issues after having to contact customer service. This completely ruined Mother’s Day! The offer of re-sending a bouquet for the 18th of March, when Mother’s Day had already past, is completely unacceptable! We will not be using this service again and will ensure to let family and friends know the appalling service provided.”

“I placed and paid for the enclosed order for valentine's day, 12 Red Roses (£39.00) Delivery Charge: £2.95 Delivery Date: 2021-02-13 Addons: Card Vase The flowers delivered were the most miserable flowers that i have ever seen. Needless to say it ruined the day. The flowers arrived dry with the rose burnt out and almost falling off the stalk. The price is atrocious and i complained and asked for a refund but never got a response back from 123 flower. I wonder how many other unsuspecting customer have fallen foul of the beautifully presented charade on its website. This is a complete scam. I will warn customers to stay away!!!!!!!!”

“Tracked with Royal Mail who totally left my mother without her flowers ordered 5 days early to arrive 2 days early as there is no Sunday delivery not 123 flowers fault courier tracking shows 2 misdirect posting to 2 main delivery points Royal Mail sucks flowers will probably be dead by Monday’s delivery 😡 hopefully 123 flowers will redeem theirselves ? More to follow”
