“Not happy half were dead smelt horrible as took out of box. Meant to be getting another bunch sent . Just looks like no care in packing . Let’s see what the next ones are like”

“The flowers were delivered fresh, however were in no way like the photo, which I think is misleading, as you will see by the photos. There was only 4 large carnations, and I had ordered the large bouquet. So I was very disappointed. Customer service very good, offered to send more flowers, however I had already taken them to a lady who’s birthday it was, she was 80. She had no idea I was not happy with the flowers, just pleased I had remembered. So sending more flowers was not an option, or the £10 voucher for my next purchase as I will not be back.”

“I had a present of 123 flowers delivered today. When I opened the broken box leaves, petals and a flower head seperated from the sparse bunch. Would never recommend!!!!”

“Please don’t wait your time and money with this company. I ordered the pretty & pink Bouquet and paid extra to have them the largest they did. Well what a huge disappointment when they showed up at my sisters house for her birthday. I was embarrassed to say they were from me. The photo they put on their website is a medium and what was delivered was apparently a large. What a joke”

“Very poor service. They gave me the delivery date of 24th. It was never delivered on time and this date. There was no correspondence regarding the delay until I contacted them. Will not recommend”

“Very disappointed with flowers ordered for my mums birthday. I ordered with the understanding they would arrive on her birthday and they arrived two days later, browning and wilting already. Very disappointed as these flowers have barely lasted a week. Will not be using again.”

“DO NOT BUY THESE FLOWERS! They came & looked absolutely nothing like the picture See attached photo versus photo provided on the website (pretty and pink flowers) Tried to get a new batch sent out but the company said ‘they were of good quality’ I will not even be sending them to the person I bought them for as they are that bad”

“Well, the reason for the poor score is I ordered flowers on the 07/02 for delivery on the 17/02 for my mother's birthday. The flowers are yet to arrive and I've been told by someone on the phone I can't get a refund as they are on there way. Now like I say I ordered 10 days prior to the day I wanted and yet still my mother was without a present in these utter rubbish times with no one able to visit. I mean what good is a birthday present two by tomorrow 3 days late? Plus after 3 days in cargo in what state will they arrive? I would like someone to call me and sort a refund thank you very much.”

“The flowers received yesterday were terrible. They were put directly into water to revive but as they were for a present to be given this morning that could not happen. The roses 2 were dead and the others are drooping never to recover . We will never order from this company again”
