I would give no stars if this was possible. Ordered on the 11th for a delivery on 28th which never turned up. Complained and they promised to send again on 3rd which never turned up again because the courier decided to take to a collection locker in a different town. Customer service is bare minimum, they promise a refund on the phone and deny over email. Still arguing for a refund. James in particular from customer is not helpful.

Paid for a large bunch at £35 and they are an absolute waste of money may aswell gone to local supermarket and spent £10 as they would have been better poor customer service just stated that they are correct and won't issue any refund or ability to return please don't waste you're money on these flowers from here

I ordered a bouquet for my mum of Mother’s Day and I’ve never seen a more sparse bouquet. The quality was absolutely terrible and the website is very misleading. I felt so embarrassed that I bought another bouquet from a different company. All I can say is avoid like the plague.

Do not use this company, I have received different flowers shown on the picture, they do. It provide the size either so to my surprise it was so small, the flowers were sparse, a tiny bouquet only. When I contacted customer service they stayed they couldn’t do anything about it? Absolutely poor customer service. Did not come up with a solution at all.

Flowers were fatigued when they arrived and don’t last. Difficult to tell someone who has ordered them as a gift.

DO NOT USE. My daughter ordered some flowers for me, a week before hand to be delivered for mothers day. It's now Tuesday afternoon and still no sign of them. She has tried phoning them but gets no answer, she has tried emailing and gets no response. Absolutely disgusting all round and will never be used again!!!!!

We live overseas so we ordered flowers to be sent to our mum for Mothers Day. Flowers arrived a day late, some were dead and the ones that weren’t barely lasted a couple of days. When I complained, the email response was instructions on how to care for my “droopy flowers”. I will NEVER use this company again. They didn’t care that my order was delivered late or that the flowers were of a very poor quality.

I preorder a bouquet of Pure beauty for Mother’s Day yesterday and unfortunately the flowers already started to show decline in health today. So much that my mum had even commented on the quality. When I’ve compared the image of pure beauty to what I received there is lack of flowers. It’s disappointing as I could have bought a cheaper bouquet from my local supermarket like I how always do and they last me and at least a week. It’s a shame as I have used you previously, but when checking Facebook reviews I can see multiple people commenting and providing images showing a lack of quality and weathering flowers. Even mentions that you are strict on not providing refunds. I guess you’ve dropped your standards considerably… it’s a shame. It’s a shame I can’t post the images as I’m getting this message appear “* We could not upload one of your files, please try again later or contact support.”

Please don't use this company. I had 2 separate orders this week. 1 was described by recipient as poor quality and the second order arrived late . After complaining I was just sent a list of their small print terms and conditions with no offer of a refund. Avoid

I will never use this company again ! Failed to deliver then blamed the courier no communication regarding failed delivery I had to chase to then be told they are not responsible and would not offer refund ! I was told it was my responsibility to contact the recipient to notify of intended delivery - so what's the whole point of sending flowers as a surprise???? I would definitely NOT recommend and AVOID ! Unless you like being disappointed !

Appalling, Nothing like the advert shown, DON'T waste your money or time, The person receiving these will be very disappointed at your expense. They basically send you under half a bunch, and refuse to do anything about it, even with picture evidence. I received Nothing like the picture. We will be contacting Trustpilot and leaving reviews on facebook, as many others have..... My lovely Dad wanted to make me feel better..... How very sad.

Unfortunately the website photos are hugely misleading. I ordered flowers for my wife's birthday expecting even bigger bouquet than in the photos, as the photo was of a medium one and i ordered a large. What was delivered is beyond shameful, barely any flowers, almost none bloomed. I contacted 123flowers but they didn't want to know and said that it is what is supposed to be delivered. Shame. Never again. Wasted time and money. Do not order. Photos of the website and the real one added.

Do not use this company .. I ordered flowers for friends birthday also paying 10%for extra at a cost of £ 24.99 . The next day I saw the same amount of flowers that my friend received in Aldi for £4.99 . Disgusting customer service . Have attached photo of order received versus website example .

Today is March 16, my granddaughter's birthday, she was expecting flowers from me, but my order, which was made 5 days ago on March 11, has not been delivered. And it is not known when it will be delivered. Thanks to you, the day was ruined. I regret that I did not read other reviews in advance. I recommend reading reviews before using the services of this company! I will resolve the issue of moral and material compensation.

Ordered what looked like a lovely bunch of flowers in the photo. What i recieved was a bouquet of fillers and 3 flowers to which 1 was broken. Emailed the company to say they are the same flowers as I ordered. Will upload pictures so you can make you own judgement but they are not the same. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY. BUY ELSEWHERE.
