The flowers received was nothing like the picture. I've seen better looking weeds. Embarrassing since we are in South Africa and trusted you to deliver what you offered. Compare the pic on your website to what was delivered. Shocking.

Half the flowers were dead within a few days and as I had gone past the deadline for complaints company wasn't interested and as I could prove anything as i had composted them. Also tried 1 excuse and blamed the house they were in, have bought better in aldi and Tesco. Won't buy from them again or recommend them.

I am sad to report that the flowers delivered by 123 Flowers were underwhelming to say the least. These flowers were sent to a dear friend who sadly lost her aunt. I purchased the largest bunch available going from what was advertised on the website. The pictures attached show they were lacking in comparison. I won’t be using this company again and would probably utilise supermarket flowers at half the price. I did reach out to the company to express my concerns but was informed they were of the required standard. Judge that for yourselves

Totally disappointed with the flowers that were sent compared to what is advertised! Shocking customer service. Do not use these people. You will be sadly disappointed. I would never recommend.

Flowers were nothing like the ones on the website! My husband bought them as a birthday gift and I have to say they are the worst bouquet of flowers I have ever received from him in 47 years. Quality was poor, very few stems and no greenery. Not to mention the cost! I could have bought them as a same in the supermarket for £5.00

Very disappointed with attitude of customer service when my flowers didn't arrive. The lady said my flowers were refused, by me, on Royal Mail delivery. Royal Mail did not attempt delivery, and, as I didn't have contact with courier, how could I refuse them, Just sent email to company to see if I get a better response and will update if I get a more positive reaction. The flowers were ordered, sent by my daughter who lives in America and were sent for my 77th birthday Saturday 21st June.

I am shocked with the flowers received today I couldn’t even call it a bouquet who would cost less than 5 pounds at tesco I complained and apparently that is the write amount for a standard bouquet I will not shop here again

Received flowers for my birthday from my colleagues and by next morning half bouquet was dead. Very disappointed. I had a card which was empty too. Ruined my birthday.

Very disappointed, flowers not like the photo despite upgrading to middle sise bouquet.will not be shopping with them again 😑 photos attached from web of the flowers requested and photos of flowers received, Rose was almost dead when delivery.

My friend ordered flowers and what she got was an absolute disgrace. Avoid she’s been in contact with you and still you are not prepared to offer any compensation. Not like the picture absolutely shocking

Extremely disappointed with both the quality of flowers and customer service. The bouquet I received arrived in a poor, wilted condition, and I provided dated photographic evidence on the day of delivery. Despite this, the company refused a refund and only offered a small voucher, claiming their internal policy overrules my legal consumer rights. When I explained my rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, they still refused to help, showing a complete lack of care or accountability. I have since had to escalate the issue via my card provider and Trading Standards. I would not recommend this company — poor product, poor service, and zero responsibility when things go wrong. Avoid.

What is ordered and what my friend received were 2 very different things. Also no card was delivered with the flowers so she didn't know who they were from or what my message was. Total waste of money and when I complained was offered £5 credit on my account and a 50p refund. How insulting and will definitely not be using again

I would never recommend this site. What I ordered based on the photos on the website was completely different from what my friend received. I am very disappointed, as the bouquet was much smaller than the one I ordered. Additionally, the customer service was inappropriate and unprofessional.

I do not recommend this seller under any circumstances. I placed my order over a week ago, and only today – just one day before the expected delivery – I received a message saying they are unable to fulfil it. Now I have to wait 2–3 working days for a refund. Absolutely unacceptable. This matter will be reported to a manager.
