Been looking for some budget friendly shops to buy some flowers for my mum whos recently lost her dad. 123 flowers have some beautiful stunning bouquets and prices were very reasonable I'm so excited for my order.

My bouquet of flowers didn't even look half as good in the photos. I thought I'd surprise someone and send a beautiful bouquet, but then I guess you can't count on much online.

Hi , will never use this shambles of a company ever again. Ordered flowers for sister in law’s birthday, four days late and came limp and dried out. In touch with customer services, no intention of helping, total con artist, disgusting company.

very poor service I ordered next day delivery for special occasion however its still not delivered despite number of email to establish the position but no satisfactory response or delivery very poor will not be using again

Just had flowers arrive this morning the anniversary of my partners mothers passing, this was a very important occasion as this women was not your typical mother in law she went above and beyond and was the rock in the family.I wanted to show my common law wife how much this occasion means to me, disappointment is a understatement!!!!

if you want the flowers as advertised, do not order with 123 flowers. what you see is not what you get, I ordered a medium bunch ,i didn't want the chocolates but couldn't get rid of the add on, What my daughter in law received was smaller than the standard size ,five roses and one lily stem and of course leaves, all n all i paid 27.98 for bad customer service , a few stems and chocolates i didn't want

i ordered my sister flowers because she has cancer and is at end of life i wanted to express how much i love her well she got flowers that i did not order looked nothing like the picture of whet i ordered im so upset she said there lovely but there not there was 2 droopy pink roses and all green not flowers i paid an extra £10 pounds for bigger bunch no way was it big i feel aweful

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY EVER Had to give 1 ⭐ cos I couldn’t give minus stars. What a truly awful company, ordered flowers for my girlfriend’s birthday on Wednesday with their 24 hour commitment. Didn’t arrive for 5 days and not surprisingly when they did arrive this morning the box was squashed and the flowers were dead . Tried to add the photos but that doesn’t work either .

Ordered for my friends birthday, delivered on a Sunday right on time. My friend was thrilled with the beautiful flowers. In perfect condition. I will definitely use 123flowers again. Highly recommend this company

These flowers were ordered a week in advance for an elderly relatives 83rd birthday. They arrived at gone 8pm at night!!!! Birthday almost over!!! So disappointing. I received several emails throughout the day telling me they would be delivered...then they wouldn't...then it would be the next day...then they would be!!! Such a let down... I had a call from my relative at 20.20 to tell me they had arrived at last. Would not use this service again... I would rather go and buy flowers and deliver them myself than be so let down and disappointed!

Delivery was not completed although it was promised delivery next day. Several messages was been sent that my order was been received by RoyalMail “by SuttonDO on 22-11-2025 and is now due for delivery today” but by 24th it is still not delivered. I will not recommend this company for flowers delivery as flowers won’t survive 7 days delays in delivery.
