I was attracted to the online ad free next day delivery, unfortunately this was not what I experienced. When I contacted 123 about late delivery they replied saying it depends on area of delivery and it's in the small print. My order was to be delivered in central Scotland not in Mongolia. I won't use the company again as my 80 year old recipient was left waiting for a delivery that was never coming on the expected date H. Edinburgh

I will never order from these again! Absolutely embarrassed with what my mum recieved from me. I could have got a nicer bouquet from a supermarket. Nothing like what I ordered at all, different flowers and different colours, but apparently of the care guide is followed they will look similar to what was ordered.....magic flowers!! The fact they turned up within the delivery slot was the only good thing about this order!

Ordered on the 29th Oct paid next day delivery flowers were symphty flowers did not arrive until 4th Nov flowers where limp and roses had died , contacted customer service via email to complain reply was, in our t&cs as they where being sent to Northern Ireland it could take an extra day ! Well excuse me for pointing out the obvious but from the 30th Oct to the 4th Nov is actually 6 days , very poor service

What I ordered (paid extra for large ) Vs What I received. Why would a large batch of flowers be delivered in such a small box, they are all crumpled up, this is really embarrassing, Where is the class ? Won’t be ordering again

When I received the flowers they looked nothing like what was advertised as the picture. Yes description said 7 stems but they should have made it clear that you get no other type of flower and that the bunch I will receive is not reflective of what is on the picture. They didn't accept my complaint as they kept saying this is the correct size, I'm disputing that it is misrepresentation! as I had bought the bunch to gift to someone on their wedding and it was such a small bunch. Feel very disappointed, probably would have got a better bunch from the petrol station.

Really disappointed with the flowers i ordered as a thankyou. Ordered the LARGE Lilac meadow Spring bouquet which look lovely online however what was received is very straggly, definitely NOT a large bouquet. I've had flowers before that need a couple of days to bloom etc however there is nothing in this still to bloom and one of the three roses in the bunch is drooped already. I'm actually feeling embarrassed at having sent these to my friend and have actually apologised. I've seen nicer in the petrol station. Photos shows what was ordered vs what was received

False Advertising - Flowers Looked NOTHING Like the Photo This was incredibly disappointing. The arrangement I received looked drastically different from the beautiful, vibrant photo on the website. I ordered the "Rene Florist Choice" bouquet, and what arrived was a sparse, and frankly sad-looking mix of filler flowers. The colors were completely off, and the quality was poor. It felt like a cheap substitute, not the premium product advertised. Considering this bouquet cost me £55 I expected far more than 5 sorry looking roses and some chrysanthemums. I appreciate that the Florist choice is seasonal and variable but what was delivered was extremely disappointing. Do not trust their pictures! I paid for one thing and received another. There was no consideration for my complaint either, VERY poor customer service. Will not be ordering from them again.
