“Extremely disappointed with the flowers I sent my Auntie for her birthday & would not recommend! Nothing like the picture on the website! I ordered a large bouquet & delivery was a few measly stems that I could have got in a supermarket for a fiver ! Hugely disappointed & would not recommend”

“The flowers we received were of poor quality and despite following the instructions for flower care the flowers buds have never opened and the leaves have shivaled up. We have raised a complaint but as we were outside the 48hr period for raising an issue your company were not interested in any redress. these flowers were ordered by our daughter and sent to us for our 55th wedding anniversary, I don,t believe we had any terms and conditions included with the flowers mentioning any issue was to raised with company within 2 days. My opinion is that the company has a poor customer service attitude. Please don,t reply with thanking us for o ur feedback and will help to improve the service. This is another example of dealing with a faceless organisation. Sue and john”

“The flowers received was nothing like the picture. I've seen better looking weeds. Embarrassing since we are in South Africa and trusted you to deliver what you offered. Compare the pic on your website to what was delivered. Shocking.”

“Half the flowers were dead within a few days and as I had gone past the deadline for complaints company wasn't interested and as I could prove anything as i had composted them. Also tried 1 excuse and blamed the house they were in, have bought better in aldi and Tesco. Won't buy from them again or recommend them.”

“🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 I return to 123flowers time n time again. my mum loves flowers so as i live in a different country they are a perfect symbolic hug, in flower form! Mum says the bouquets are magic and feel like unhurried love, arriving in bud and unfurling overnight becoming more beautiful daily. She and my grandma always say no point sending flowers when i’m dead!”

“Technically delivered but not received. Dumped at the door but by the time he got home from work his gift was gone. Sadly at this point 123 don't offer us a signed for delivery service”

“I am sad to report that the flowers delivered by 123 Flowers were underwhelming to say the least. These flowers were sent to a dear friend who sadly lost her aunt. I purchased the largest bunch available going from what was advertised on the website. The pictures attached show they were lacking in comparison. I won’t be using this company again and would probably utilise supermarket flowers at half the price. I did reach out to the company to express my concerns but was informed they were of the required standard. Judge that for yourselves”

“Flowers were nothing like the ones on the website! My husband bought them as a birthday gift and I have to say they are the worst bouquet of flowers I have ever received from him in 47 years. Quality was poor, very few stems and no greenery. Not to mention the cost! I could have bought them as a same in the supermarket for £5.00”
