Don't be fooled by how easy the process is to relieve you of your money, the flowers sent to my 90 year old Aunt were absolutely dreadful I wouldn't even call them a bunch. Mostly greenery and two heads broken off. The complaints process and staff seems to be really professional, perhaps they have lots of practice! I got offered a £5 credit to my account against my next purchase, they must be joking.... Great laugh. Look at the photos attached, must be really embarrassing for any so called 'florist'.

My partner upgraded to medium got only four roses and the lilies are just a joke, all green hardly any flower heads on the stalks. Not worth the money at all your better going to Lidl ,for that price I dread to think what the basic bunch would look like.

What I ordered vs what was delivered. I replied to the how did we do email & was told “the bouquet appears to be of good quality and matches the size ordered” I shall leave you to decide by the image.

I ordered a bouquet in Friday to be delivered Saturday. The money was taken from my account, but for some reason the order was not visible. I emailed to check. Saturday I got a reply asking for details which I sent. I then got another reply asking for a copy of my bank receipt, which in sent on m Monday. I then got a reply to say it was declined and would be returned to my bank in 3-5 working days! So the money has been taken, no flowers were sent, and I am waiting for the money to be returned! No offer to sort it, just well….. tough I guess, not their problem!

Really not impressed and flowers were dispatched on Thursday for a monday delivery. They didn't arrive fresh either. They look nothing like the photo which i couldn't post as for some reason it kept telling me it couldn't support a photo

Order no. 123_410569 - never received, order placed via Niece in Australia to her Aunt in the UK, flowers never received, Niece emailed 123 but never got a reply, very unhappy Niece and Aunt 😢

Order number123410921 I had a problem with broken stems on the bouquet of flowers I ordered for my partner and they are sending me a replacement bouquet very good company to deal with and getting problems sorted highly recomend for lovely flowers leslie holder
