The delivery was not made although the correct Postcode and street / house number was correct . I have been refused a refund siting that they had fulfilled there legal requirements. But did offer me 10.00 as a good will gesture , for the failure. Bwst described as a complete rip off / con. DISGUSTED

I paid extra for delivery and the flowers were delivered on time which was great. However, the flowers that were delivered did not resemble those that were advertised. The photo on the order page stated that the medium bouquet was pictured, so I paid the extra for medium. The ones that arrived were a little bedraggled and looked like a small bunch that I could have got from the supermarket for around £7. Very disappointing and embarrassing as these were for my mom's 70th birthday. Never again!

123 Flowers is an excellent site that delivers on Sunday and is very quick and easy to use unlike some flower sites The flowers are beautiful and well worth the costs which are very reasonable. It will definitely be my first choice from now on

Ordered flowers for three separate addresses for today Saturday February 28th, had people waiting in at all three addresses and spent over £100 !!! One delivery was received. The other two deliveries? One is going to be hours late if it gets here and the third no update whatsoever. Really trusted this company and just feel let down! I've sent a message with no reply!!! Never again!

If there’s a 0 star I’ll definitely give it a 0. Absolutely ridiculous shop. Never buying from this store again. My ordered was placed 7 days ahead, and they told me something was wrong about my address on the last day. I replied within 24 hours and they said they have to delay my order WITHOUT ANY COMPENSATION. I demand an appropriate compensation. The customer service is not helping at all. Absolutely ridiculous. My order number is 223255

Very disappointing. Although delivered on time which I'd paid extra for, the flowers that were sent looked nothing like the picture shown, I had gone for a bigger bouquet to be sent but I could of got the same size for £6 in the supermarket. I won't be buying anymore from you.

Flowers not delivered as a typo in one digit on postcode ( full address correct ) - 123 responded that they had fulfilled their responsibility - offered no support to change postcode or facilitate redelivery with parcelforce

Paid extra for large bunch absolutely nothing like was pictured ,feel ripped off and let down lucky my mum just appreciated some flowers and saw the funny side when I showed her what I ordered you are better off using uber eats and getting supermarket flowers delivered . Con artists not flower artists unfortunately 😔

I came across this site as a Google search. It's simplicity is fabulous finding what i required straight away without having to navigate many different pages. Checkout was simple and quick with free postage was a bonus. Will certainly be using them again ...

Ordered flowers for Mother’s Day, flowers arrived looked nothing like the pictures on the website, absolutely disgusted, had a few emails back and forth with Kyle who has basically just fobbed me off saying they have shown the chief florist who has approved it. Stay well clear not great customer service at all, never use these again

I got the florists pick for valentines as it showed a beautiful bouquet in the picture however, when it came it was the most disappointing bouquet I’ve ever seen. Might as well get supermarket flowers. The bouquets are nothing like what’s pictured on the website. Absolute rip off wouldn’t recommend. To top that off their customer service is appalling and don’t see an issue with what I received.

I selected quite a unique bouquet, Ti Amo containing black for a reason. I understand that steamer be replaced but they replaced it with gold which goes against their terms and condition. Also ordered a large which wasn’t large at all and nothing like the photos on the website. Finally, some of the roses were in poor condition. No refund of any kind offered. 100% satisfaction guarantee… I don’t think so.

I'm very satisfied with the fast delivery. My Mum was really happy with the flowers, complete with chocolates, that I got as a Birthday gift. And the price is unbeatable compared to any other website that I found. I will use 123 flowers again in the future. Thanks a lot, 123flowers

Delivered 3 days late, look at state of the flowers. I was told to send pictures but no where on website shows were to do this, so here they are. I would expect someone to contact me about a refund. Can’t even upload all the photos here!!!!

A very poor product from 123flowers as I got small flowers for the Ti Amo bouquet when I ordered a large bouquet paying 50 pounds. I could have purchased the same size bouquet from my local florist at just 25 pounds. The displayed product on the website for the medium bouquet on the 123flowers website was much bigger than the one I received. I I will never use this website to purchase flowers again as the product is much smaller than the display.
