I brought these flowers for my mum for mothers day, I am mortifed. They arrived Dead, no card either. To which I had a poem in. Also there was about 6/7 stems very unlike the picture. I am demanding a refund. Waiting for them to reply!!! **warning

Rather disappointed the flowed my mum received look nothing like they do in the photo and they wasn’t cheap. Really upsetting as I got these to apologise as my health wouldn’t allow me to visit.

Extremely disappointed. I ordered the bouquet Desire. The flowers that were delivered are looking most pitiful. A total let down. For the price I paid compared to the flowers that were delivered is a shambles

Absolute bad company. Paid extra to get delivered on a certain date and they told me it will def be on day we need but no still not arrived sad . Did not arrive …

Terribly disappointing to be frank. I'm in shock, considering I paid extra for a large bunch, which seemed like a standard size. I don't think people should waste any pennies on this misleading company. I feel tricked. Also, being neurodivergent, the maintenance message talks about keeping the vase clean, so, I perceived that it was supplied with a vase. Confusing. Anyway, the size was not that large, and I could have bunched up several Waitrose flowers for a grander result in all honesty.

Have bought better flowers from local supermarkets. Flowers were dry, not enough filler or greenery. Not worth what I paid.

I wouldn't buy anything else from this company my wife was so disappointed the order was late and the flowers were half dead leaves had black mold on them it was supposed to be roses and lily's no lily's in it was not worth £29 supposed to be big bouquet but only 8 flowers in no foliage asked to upload pictures but it won't let me what a surprise 😢

Bit disappointed by the bouquet sent to my sister in law, as looked nothing like the pic on site I chose the Pink Meadow, in the medium, and even my sister in law was happy with them I feel let down..🙁

I ordered the Pink Meadow bouquet and the flowers which were delivered were nothing in comparison to the photo you advertise on your website. There has been no resolution after contacting customer service…very dissatisfied

Flowers were beautiful and lasted nearly two weeks.. However I did not like that most bouquets do not tell you how many stems or give you the option to increase the size.

I ordered the regular bouquet, aware it would be a little smaller than the photo of th medium sized bouquet pictured but the bouquet received was very much so smaller and due to a problem with Royal Mail not delivering until 3 days late these flowers were well past their best and went into the bin, very disappointing.

Was contacted by customer services to resolve issues was sent a much better bunch that my mum loved in the end ,all in all better second time around but totally avoidable if better quality assessments are in place and pot luck with customer services first guy was unhelpful but second Chloe went extra mile and could see my issues . Absolute bad company. Paid extra to get delivered on a certain date. Did not arrive. Contacted thrm a they blamed Royal Mail. Tried to cancel, refund no joy kept sending same email not their fault, basically saying tuff get on with it.

I ordered some flowers yesterday and the roses and carnations was very wilted as a florist myself I was disappointed to see they was not fresh flowers I have used this company in the past with no issues at all
