Terrible place, do never buy!!! Ordered a bouquet of flowers for my nan as we had just lost my great uncle. They turned up and they’re half dead, and look absolutely terrible! From what is shown on their website to what you receive, never order from here!! STAY AWAY

Delivered 2 days late. Flowers delivered looked nothing like picture on my confirmation of order . Customer services no help just repeated company policy which does help in individual cases. Following up complaint to consumers association as this company need to be reported

Ordered bunch of flowers. Paid extra for more flowers. What arrived was embarrassing. 3 roses and a few stems of little flowers still to bud. Contacted customer service who said that was the bunch I ordered and they won’t be doing anything about it. Don’t waste your time ordering from this site. What arrives is nothing like what the images are online. Total rip off!

I ordered my boyfriend flowers for Valentine's Day- on the website/login it showed it would arrive on time, but from their end it showed the 15th for some reason- I asked for help multiple times and for them to fix their error as it was on their end but they insisted that I was wrong despite me sending multiple pictures and evidence that it was to be delivered on the 14th. Customer service wasn’t helpful and refused to help me or correct their mistake. We won’t ever order from here again. I’ve never had such a disappointing experience. The bouquet was expensive and they couldn’t even deliver it on time.

Ordered flowers to be delivered on 14th February ordered these on 30th January wished I never bothered. For the money I paid may aswell gone to Tesco or something and got more the money very small looks big on the picture but very tiny in real life received confirmation of the order but never received an email to say they've been dispatched so ended up buying some on my way home from work and my wife preferred the ones I got on the way home to what was delivered simply because there was more and it was half the price. Completely a waste of money and never ordering from here again

I ordered the Peruvian Lily & Rose for my mothers birthday, the bouquet that I picked looked great on the website but I was absolutely shocked by what was delivered. What was delivered looked nothing like what I ordered, most of the roses were damaged. I would not recommend using them.

Unfortunately wrong bouquet was sent, but contacted customer support and immediately resolved the matter and the correct bouquet was then sent. Thank you Aaron of customer support. The bouquet was lovely thankyou.

Ordered a bunch of flowers for my mums 60th. Didn’t get what I expected in the pictures! Half the amount shown and they look half dead already! PICTURES MISLEADING, OVER PRICED!

Very poor quality flowers. The roses were small and dieing, the eucalyptus had holes in on delivery day. Only a few days later all the flowers were dieing, the gerberas were drooping. The quality was very poor. I ended up buying a bouquet from the supermarket.

Absolute terrible flowers arrived a day late half dead paid £30 and could of got a bigger and better looking bunch of flowers from Asda for £10 won’t be using these again, Absolute Rip Off

DONT USE THIS COMPANY. THE FLOWERS ON THEIR PICTURES ARE NOTHING LIKE WHAT THEY SEND OUT. A COMPLETE RIP OFF.

I ordered flowers to be delivered on my sisters birthday, they arrived the following day which defeats the purpose. The box was badly damaged and the roses are already wilting. I spent £50 and extra for the delivery, never again, a complete waste of money. Will be interesting to see if they even bother to offer any sort of recompense but I doubt it.
