Terrible service. Flowers ordered for a loved one's birthday never arrived although order was placed 2 days in advance. Why do you even offer 'next day delivery' when you can't even process an order that was placed 2 days in advance. Extremely disappointed and I am entitled to a refund. I will never use this florist again!!!

Due to the distance between the delivery address and our distribution centre, it can sometimes take extra time in transit, as we do advise on our website. I am very sorry for this and for any disappointment caused on this occasion. I can also see you did select free delivery. We state on the website that this can take 1-2 extra working days in transit. Completely wrong flowers delivered to me. I ordered pink and red flowers and I was delivered 4 small white flowers that are damaged and broken. Also the delivery was late

Flowers came quickly but are crazily overpriced and look absoultey nothing like the photol. Would recommend buying in person instead.

I paid £56.00 for flowers and chocolates that were delivered late and refused, and didn’t receive any compensation. So don’t believe that the expected delivery date on the order is the date that you will get them.

Flowers didn’t arrive. I ordered flowers for my wife’s birthday, and they weren’t delivered to the hotel we stayed in for the night. I contacted them this morning, to try and see if they could resend them to our house, as we’re not at the hotel anymore, and their suggestion was that I drive a 400 mile round trip to pick them up from the hotel!

Ordered a pink arrangement for £25 got a white arrangement smaller than the medium I paid for. Customer service useless.i have passed this onto PayPal to try and get some sort of refund as I have had to buy more flowers 😡

Sending my fourth bouquet of flowers and each and every recipient loved the flowers one mentioned they were the best she has received through post Although I requested next day it did take two days wasn't a major issue for me

Excellent company,The flowers were sent on time and arrived in beautiful condition.After reading some bad reviews I was concerned I emailed customer service and they were great and said if there was any problems let them know right away.

Easy to use web site. Not seen the flowers yet as only just ordered them. Shame web site doesn’t seem to accept Apple Pay ?? Had to use an alternative payment. Let’s see if the flowers arrive on time as promised.

I brought the my sister in law a bouquet for her birthday which were ordered Monday 18th, arrived Tues 19th and the majority of the flowers were dead will never order again
