Appalling, Nothing like the advert shown, DON'T waste your money or time, The person receiving these will be very disappointed at your expense. They basically send you under half a bunch, and refuse to do anything about it, even with picture evidence. I received Nothing like the picture. We will be contacting Trustpilot and leaving reviews on facebook, as many others have..... My lovely Dad wanted to make me feel better..... How very sad.

Unfortunately the website photos are hugely misleading. I ordered flowers for my wife's birthday expecting even bigger bouquet than in the photos, as the photo was of a medium one and i ordered a large. What was delivered is beyond shameful, barely any flowers, almost none bloomed. I contacted 123flowers but they didn't want to know and said that it is what is supposed to be delivered. Shame. Never again. Wasted time and money. Do not order. Photos of the website and the real one added.

Do not use this company .. I ordered flowers for friends birthday also paying 10%for extra at a cost of £ 24.99 . The next day I saw the same amount of flowers that my friend received in Aldi for £4.99 . Disgusting customer service . Have attached photo of order received versus website example .

Today is March 16, my granddaughter's birthday, she was expecting flowers from me, but my order, which was made 5 days ago on March 11, has not been delivered. And it is not known when it will be delivered. Thanks to you, the day was ruined. I regret that I did not read other reviews in advance. I recommend reading reviews before using the services of this company! I will resolve the issue of moral and material compensation.

This is my first orders and so can not comment yet on the flowers, But ease of use regarding the site was simple easy and smooth. The prices were very competitive and if I am happy with the flowers I am sure I will be using them more and more. Heres to the future orders.

The flower bouquet in the photo is bigger and fuller than the ones our friends actually received. Very misleading product advertisement. Hugely disappointing. We would have been happy to pay more for a fuller bouquet of flowers if they were advertised honestly. Delivery was a day later than promised too, and my friends were already out the hospital and had to go back next day to get it

Ordered what looked like a lovely bunch of flowers in the photo. What i recieved was a bouquet of fillers and 3 flowers to which 1 was broken. Emailed the company to say they are the same flowers as I ordered. Will upload pictures so you can make you own judgement but they are not the same. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY. BUY ELSEWHERE.

I found it very easy to choose and purchase flowers with 123 Flowers and my friend was delighted with her beautiful bunch of flowers which arrived on time. I will certainly use 123 Flowers again.

I ordered flowers for my friend in another city, received a confirmation of the order and did not worry anymore. the order was supposed to arrive on 8 March, but as it turned out, I checked my mail later and saw a letter that my order was delayed as a fraud, it is not clear for what reason? after that, my person was on holiday and surprise on her birthday was ruined. The customer service is generally terrible, they don't care about their customers At all. I don't recommend this horrible place to anyone

I ordered flowers for a friend who is poorly they should have arrived Saturday however they use Royal Mail for delivery who sent the flowers to the wrong depot so they arrived yesterday (Sunday) completely wrecked I would advise never to use this company !!!
