“Really not impressed and flowers were dispatched on Thursday for a monday delivery. They didn't arrive fresh either. They look nothing like the photo which i couldn't post as for some reason it kept telling me it couldn't support a photo”

“Order no. 123_410569 - never received, order placed via Niece in Australia to her Aunt in the UK, flowers never received, Niece emailed 123 but never got a reply, very unhappy Niece and Aunt 😢”

“Order number123410921 I had a problem with broken stems on the bouquet of flowers I ordered for my partner and they are sending me a replacement bouquet very good company to deal with and getting problems sorted highly recomend for lovely flowers leslie holder”

“If i could give 0 stars I would, worst company I've ever had to deal with, the flowers received was nothing like described or photographed, i contacted customer service to be fobbed off with an excused, they have refused to give me my money even went as far to say if I dispute it they will challenge it so that I wont get my money back, horrendous experience, wont be buying again and I would advise everyone else dont either, go elsewhere, can bet a better bunch of flowers from poundland.”

“The bouquet was very poor, nothing like the image on the web site, Our friend sent a photo back which we sent to 123 , they apologised but offered a £10 credit against another order. Really who would order again. Offered to accept the £10 refund against the card payment which they refused. So my advise is to check out other companies first as the experience here was awful and very expensive.”

“Ordered flowers from here for a birthday gift and what showed up was awful. Pretty much all foliage and not even nice foliage at that. My mum was a florist and when I showed her she was shocked at how bad it is.”
