I would never recommend this site. What I ordered based on the photos on the website was completely different from what my friend received. I am very disappointed, as the bouquet was much smaller than the one I ordered. Additionally, the customer service was inappropriate and unprofessional.

Would never order from thus site again. What i ordered from the photos on website to what my friend actually received is vastly different. I am so disappointed

I do not recommend this seller under any circumstances. I placed my order over a week ago, and only today – just one day before the expected delivery – I received a message saying they are unable to fulfil it. Now I have to wait 2–3 working days for a refund. Absolutely unacceptable. This matter will be reported to a manager.

Very disappointed in the bouquet I received, well can’t say it was a bouquet was a few roses I could have got them from a supermarket will definitely NOT be using these again

Ordered sunflowers and an add on of forget me knot sweets as my daughters son would have been 3 years old today , flowers arrived but no add on which was the poignant gift ....

Sincerely dissatisfied. I ordered a medium bunch got the equivalent of a few sprigs. Waste of money. Will not be returning.

Delivered on time. Flowers were not as photo, very few flowers and the one rose had broken stem. I would not use again.

Slightly disappointed by the size of the plant in the gift set, compared to the picture. No email was sent to advise it was on its way or being delivered however it was delivered the next day.

My order was for flowers to France. They arrived 2 days later than the three days "gap" I was requested to wait from the requested delivery date. When they were delivered they were dead and squashed, the box they were in, hardly in one piece. When I complained and asked for a refund the person on "chat" tried every way to make me take credit, in the end they gave me a refund but not before I had been very insistent. Further I asked for compensation for my Aunt's disappointment and upset; perhaps a replacement bouquet, free of charge? That was a firm no! They really couldn't care less. They have no interest in the human experience of their customers only the transactional.

Very easy to use the website and order. I live in Dublin and needed to send flowers to my friend in the north of Ireland which is why I chose this company. I did request next day but they arrived a day later, however my friend was thrilled with them and in my opinion that’s all that matters ☺️

Paid extra for next day delivery , flowers were left behind a dustbin on a hot day no calling card left so flowers did not get notice until the next day they were all wilted will not be using again £45 for 5 roses and a few springs of Chrysanthemums & Gypsophila pictures are what i should of received 2nd picture is of delivered flowers nothing like what i ordered, will not use again
