Absolute terrible flowers arrived a day late half dead paid £30 and could of got a bigger and better looking bunch of flowers from Asda for £10 won’t be using these again, Absolute Rip Off

DONT USE THIS COMPANY. THE FLOWERS ON THEIR PICTURES ARE NOTHING LIKE WHAT THEY SEND OUT. A COMPLETE RIP OFF.

I ordered flowers to be delivered on my sisters birthday, they arrived the following day which defeats the purpose. The box was badly damaged and the roses are already wilting. I spent £50 and extra for the delivery, never again, a complete waste of money. Will be interesting to see if they even bother to offer any sort of recompense but I doubt it.

I am completely disappointed with this flower delivery service. Despite giving them a generous lead time, my order was not delivered on time, which completely defeated the purpose of sending flowers for a special occasion. What’s even more frustrating is their response to feedback—clearly AI-generated, generic apologies that show no real intention to improve. It’s obvious they don’t understand the importance of prompt service in this business. If you can’t deliver flowers on time, you’re in the wrong industry. I would strongly advise against using this service unless you’re okay with delays and meaningless customer support.

Flowers looked nothing like the picture online,about half the amount and half dead,could have got something much better from the local supermarket,what a disappointment! Would not recommend!

The most appalling flowers I have ever sent. The recipient received a bunch with 2 gerberas, 1 chrysanthemum, 1 alstromeria and a Solidago. How can this be a bouquet. Customer service is pathetic. I will be contacting Trading standards as this is clearly not for filling the sales contract. DO NOT BuY.

The flowers were supposed to be a gift for me but they arrived looking nothing like the picture and for such a high price, the quality was terrible, most of the flowers fell apart when I picked them up

Nothing like the photos on the website. Terrible customer service telling me to put a claim in with Royal Mail when the issue is with the poor tiny bouquet that was sent. Finally got another bouquet sent out and still nothing like the picture..had to put both bouquets together to get one half decent bunch but still does not resemble the picture. Will not be using this company again

0 STARS! What a farce. I DID check reviews before choosing this company and there were no bad reviews - did you change your staff this past week? Wow. Royal Mail delivery was fine. Flowers were atrocious! Communication was prompt but would BIT issue a refund for birthday flowers. Offered new ones but Id already had to replace them elsewhere so no thx- then offered a PARTIAL credit - I’m not going to use this company again - so no thx again! ‘Take the partial credit it or deal with it’ was the attitude I got when I asked one more time for a full refund. 123 Flowers UK is terrible.

Worst service from this company so far. First of all the flowers didn't arrive on the date specified(clearly ruined the birthday surprise) and then when it was finally delivered 2 days later, the flowers were in pretty bad state.

This is the worst service I have ever experienced. I ordered flowers for a next day delivery. They were not delivered. They attempted a delivery the following day usong Royal Mail. No notice was given of the delivery. The recioient was not in. The lowers were not left with a neighbour, not lefr in a safe place. Royal Mail sais they would attempt to deliver again the following day. They did not. 123 flowers said there was nothing they could do????? Dreadful. Will never use them again.

If I could give 0 stars, I would but as of right now, I can only give 1. The GOOD: The online ordering was easy, upgrading the order and taking payment was easy. Communication on my delivery was good. The BAD: the flowers, although in a sturdy box, arrived bent, broken, dead (3 flowers were salvageable) and the water reservoir was empty. This was a special occasion I was sending flowers for from the USA to a lifelong friend in my hometown in Essex. How awful for her to open this. How embarrassing for me also. The UGLY: I sent the pictures and asked for a refund. The company responded that ’after careful consideration’ they’d replace the bouquet. After careful consideration? Wow. That’s the least a company should offer. Very disappointed in this company.

Do not order from this company it’s a complete sham!! If you read the reviews it’s a standard reply- I ordered not delivered and money not taken from account but another transaction was taken- now with my bank!!!

The order was left on the doorstep without informing the recipient who was home that they had arrived. The picture the recipient sent of her gift was a scrawney bunch of leaves that bares no resemblance to the bouquet pictured on your website. (see pics below) We are very disappointed with your product and service.

Got flowers and when arrived they were dead I contacted them and the sent another bunch which arrived on Friday afternoon they were also not great i contacted them for message late Friday afternoon to say they would review in 3 days so I messaged to Tuesday when gives them 3 full (09.00) Days and they have said this is 4th day and won’t do anything I had a subscription which I have now cancelled disappointed 😢 by there response!! It also won’t let me post pictures Hello Karen, Thank you for your email. As stated in my email on 17-01-25, 'We can happily review this on day 3 of having the bouquet, should the bouquet not bloom if you could send supporting pictures if needed'. Ordered flowers for my friends birthday, they got delivered by royal mail to the wrong address which did not take the flowers and were then returned to sender. We contact royal mail and they apologised and immediately opened up a complaints ticket to provide us with a reference number for 123 flowers to claim from and provide us with a refund or replacement flowers. It has so far taken a month of correspondence with 123 flowers to try and get a refund or replacement with nothing being provided. Constant back and forth of the same conversation over and over again and no customer service assistance to resolve the situation. I will not be using 123 flowers again and will not be recommending them to friends or family.

I wish l had read the reviews! Flowers arrived promptly, opened these and wow definitely not the bouquet advertised . Extremely disappointed l could have purchased from a supermarket for a £5 complained to customer service ! Their response After showing the florist manager the photographs that you have provided us with they have advised that they cannot see any evident quality issue. The bouquet received is of good quality and the correct size was delivered.

Ordered them for my girlfriend, they arrived the next day as promised but those flowers looked like they’ve been out of water for a month. It was wilted, some had holes in them, it just really looked bad. Really disappointed as this was my first time buying from here.
