“The general quality and service from Blinds Direct Online are excellent. Although I would like more care to be taken by the courier, who managed to dent the substantial cardboard tube used as packaging, thankfully the blinds were undamaged.”

“Used blinds direct on a number of occasions can't fault quality and easy fit only problem this time I asked for one of the blind to have pulley on the left and the other 3 on the right although the package stated left hand pulley all blinds came on the right which made it awkward to fit but I made do”

“Easy to order just make sure you measure at least three times just to make sure ! Speedy delivery box was a bit damaged so a bit dubious of the contents but inside everything was securely packaged . The first blind was a bit awkward as no instructions provided but a quick YouTube video and we were off. Brackets a bit awkward to get in but a bit of washing up liquid made it easier. Very happy with the final finish easy to use and look stylish.”

“Blinds are fab! Easy to fit and your measurement guide is really helpful. One thing though. On my order192105 ordered on the 21.08.23 I could not find the RH Wex wand to open and close the blinds. I'm pretty sure it wasn't sent. Can you send a replacement please. I am happy to pay for it if necessary. Best Regards Peter Bullock”
