Hi Thank you for your email As per the website we don't supply screws and plugs with our blinds, as we cannot account for all of the possible materials that a customer could be installing into i.e. plasterboard, timber, RSJ, concrete lintel etc. Kind regards support@blindsdirectonline.co.uk

We send all of our samples out first class in the post within 48 hours of ordering, so it appears this must have got lost in the post.
