“I was very happy with my order at Blinds Direct Online, especially because I needed sizes that were larger than usual. They went out of their way to find a fabric large enough to create one piece without joints. Also when I later had a problem fitting them, they provided excellent technical support over the telephone which enabled me to resolve my problems. Thank you for the lovely blinds.”

“Ordered 2 blinds one of which had been damaged by the courier. Emailed customer services who arranged new blind to be made & delivered. Blinds are excellent quality for the price & look fab but more importantly for me was the quality of Customer Service! Well done Blinds Direct Online! I'll not hesitate to recommend you & use you again. Thank you.”

“Excellent quality venetian blinds. Just what I required at a price that made me even happier. Delivered as advertised and we'll packaged. There was a slight problem with one of the blinds. I phoned to ask how to resolve the problem and they said they would get someone to phone me the next morning. True to their word, a phone call from their fitter got it sorted in minutes. Although they are quite large blinds, I fitted them myself with ease and they have look superb. A very good company to buy from.”

“At first when I placed the order i was a little worried about the quality given that they were considerably cheaper than all other sites, however I was not disappointed. The blinds are great quality, fit perfectly, and arrived on time. Overall I am thrilled to bits, and will definitely recommend to others and use myself again in future if needed.”

“I recently purchased 2 chrome venetian blinds from Blinds Direct & was extremely happy with the quality & speedy delivery. Look great! The only downside is that I had to pay an extra £20 for delivery to Northern Ireland which was disappointing & not stated when I originally ordered. In saying that, the blinds are competitively priced.”
