“I rang with a query and spoke to Ashley, he was such a great help and with the discount I received on my order of 2 toilets and a vanity unit with ceramic basin, it was a good decision to buy from Rubberduck Bathrooms. Delivery was quick too. I would have no hesitation in recommending this company.”

“I prefer to leave positive reviews but afraid I cannot in this instance. Sent faulty and missing parts on shower door. Replied to them on same day about this. They offered an alternate door but not suitable for us and response then on from Rubberduck was non-existent. Emails and contact forms not replied to. Finally only after persistent phone calls did we finally get a refund. Sorry would not order again from this company.”

Thank you for your feedback. We’re sorry to hear that your experience didn’t meet expectations on this occasion. The shower door purchased was only one part of your order and the door purchased was a clearance, end-of-line range and was listed as opened, with the possibility of damaged packaging. Ad as such was at a very low price, high discount. That said, we do apologise if any parts were missing or mismatched, as this is certainly not the experience we aim to provide. As soon as the issue was raised, we offered a replacement alternative, however we understand this wasn’t suitable for your requirements. Following your request for a refund, we arranged a free collection of the item, and once it was returned to us, a full refund was processed within our standard returns timeframe. We also appreciate you noting that your other items from your ordered were received without issue and delivered in line with your requested dates. We’re sorry again that this particular purchase did not work out, but we’re glad we were able to resolve the matter with the shower door being refunded.

“ordered several times from Rubberduck from large orders £3K + to small orders - tube of sealant. Always good service, timely delivery and most importantly if something goes wrong they put it right. I highly recommend them. I, also saved £1500.00 on Bushboard for my bathrooms!”

“Good website. Good prices. Well packaged. Easy process from selection to delivery. Two minor complaints: first a lack of communication in the week between order/payment and goods being out for delivery. “They’ve gone bust” did go through my head but I’d purchased from Rubber Duck before so wasn’t as worried as the first time. Second, their 24 hour inspection policy. The shower screens won’t be fitted for some weeks after the shower trays but I have to disrupt their protective packaging in order to inspect them immediately - leaving them more exposed to damage during the period before they’re fitted. No easy solution I guess but it leaves a bit of a sour taste. Overall though. I’m pleased.”

“I ordered a toilet, sink, shower tray and sliding glass screen. There was a flaw in the tank of the toilet tank but because I didn't report it quickly enough I had to pay for a replacement. Given it was a flaw in the glaze rather than damage, I think it wrong that this was not replaced foc. I was having a major build done and there wasn't space to open and check everything immediately.”
