“The OB website is easy to use and the products are clearly shown, which makes purchasing choices easy. Our Queen Pink Sequinned Neon sign was well packaged and arrived promptly - it was a very well-received gift for a friend. OB is a great place to find unusual gifts - I've always been very pleased with my purchases, either online in or one of the shops.”

“I bought a lovely rattan woven lampshade for my daughter’s bedroom. I was really impressed with the price and then when it arrived the quality was just fantastic. Website was easy to use, delivery speedy, well packaged item”

“I wasn't happy when I ordered these stunning gold earrings and they came damaged. I couldn't get a direct exchange because it was a sale item and there were non in Altrincham store? I was given a gift credit then had to pay £2.50 for delivery when it wasn't my fault. It was a damaged product.. I paid the £2.50 begrudgingly and finally picked up the earrings . They are gorgeous. Not happy that I've paid £2.50 for a damaged product.”
