“Took ages to be told 1 item missing at your end then others but shipped. So cancelled order as delivery would have been too late”

Hi, Thank you for taking the time to leave your feedback. I’m genuinely sorry for the delay in communication regarding your order. The reason for this was that we were actively trying to source an alternative item of stock for you, rather than cancelling the order immediately. Unfortunately, this resulted in a delay in updating you, which I accept is not ideal. I also apologise for the inconvenience this caused, particularly as it left you short of gifts and waiting for your refund to be processed. This is not reflective of our usual high standard of customer service, and I regret that we fell short on this occasion. “Slow informing me a product I ordered was out of stock, never bothered sending the ones that were in stock. Leaving me short of gifts that I then had to go and purchase elsewhere and waiting for funds to be credited. Poor communication”
