“I can't rate Mortgage 1st highly enough. I found a house I was really interested in but it was for sale by modern auction so time was of the essence. I reached out to Laurel on Friday afternoon and she processed all my information and organised all the documents I needed OVER THE WEEKEND so that she could get me an Offer in Principal first thing Monday morning, which she did!! My offer was accepted on the house and I was then looked after by Keeley who was extremely patient and informative throughout the entire process - both self-employed, one with relatively new LTD company, the other applicant with questionable credit in the past! However, they came up trumps and we got an official offer in a couple of weeks. The process was extremely smooth and we were kept informed throughout. I never felt rushed while I was dealing with them and they took the time to explain every part of the process. I highly recommend them.”
